We stayed for 2 nights. The first night there was someone allowing their children to run up and down the hallway, screaming at the top of their lungs until 1am.Then when someone finally did something about it, I had to call the front desk again because they were blaring music from their room. They must have left the next day because it didn't happen on our second night. The walls are paper thin though. I could hear tvs from other rooms in our room & in the hallway. The housekeeping staff is incredibly helpful and nice.

Make sure you wear shoes at all times
We went with this hotel after reading reviews. Breakfast is great, rooms are clean and nice. Pool is nice. Most staff are friendly. However, we encountered one very rude staff member during breakfast. She attempted to scold my underage daughter for not wearing shoes. Not speak to me (i didnt know she walked out of the room without shoes) but to my kid. I overheard her speaking to someone else about it. Very unprofessional. I have never in my life experienced a disrespectful worker as i have one at this hotel.

Nice place to stay.
The hotel is in a great location. The bed was comfy. They have a really good breakfast, and the TV was a big one which was nice. We have stayed here multiple times and its been wonderful. This time we were next to the pool and ther were a lot of people in that area so it was loud. Kids were screaming and running around in thd room above us also. That has not been our normal experience so I would recommend a room on the 2nd floor if you want peace and quiet. Over all I reccommend this hotel. It's really nice!

The pool is across from front desk & upon entry, you're greated with a dank & chlorine smell. Both beds had peaks & valleys & were terrible. Doesn't make for a good nights rest at all. Used my travel black light & the room/bedroom were clean.
