It is really sad that I read reviews before booking and was totally mislead on this hotel. From the minute we walked in at 3:00pm check-in time to a message on front desk stating we will return in 5 to 10 minutes not giving a time that they left it went downhill. Called down and asked for extra pillows since the pillows were so thin and they asked when we needed them because they were really busy and we said within 20 minutes so we could go to bed and they never brought them. Next evening we return to our room at 8:00 pm and room is not made up. Husband went down to front desk and was told due to Covid they don’t make up the room if you are staying more than one day (made no sense) and that we were told at check-in (which we were not) and there was a sign in our room telling us (which there was not) and if we didn’t like it go stay somewhere else (easy to say sense they had already charged our card for a 4 night stay). Found a door hanger in room with room needs request to be put at by 10:00pm. Requested 4 towels and trash bags and put outside on door at 8:00pm. Game back to room following night and nothing was brought to our and door hanger still on door. Went to front desk and said your customer service stinks and was told “ok”. No concern for the customer by any employees we encounter at this hotel at all. We had another stay booked here for next month and canceled and will never return or recommend this hotel to anyone.

What a great place. Very clean and beautiful property. Burger place was excellent and a great breakfast with eggs etc. cooked on oder. We will stay here on future trips.

The rented me a room that they had already rented to someone else. When I walked in the door I saw a suitcase and music was playing and I think they were in the shower. They also had a dinner menu but no cook.

Clean room, gross pool
The hotel looked modern, but you can tell it was cheaply updated. Poor construction, paint job, globs of glue and caulking on the floors. The pool was gross! The water was murky with an oily film and debris floating on top. Needless to say, we chose not to swim.

Check in & food went well. Unfortunately a domestic squabble broke out in front of our hotel room door (around the corner from front desk) and nothing was done to quiet the couple down. Went on for 2 hrs in & out of their room. I even called the front desk to have them take the argument outside.
