Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Starting with the positive: it’s a pet friendly place, the decor is modern and not as kitschy as a lot of what I’ve seen in the western US, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on in a hotel. The blackout curtains were very affective and make for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated that the room had hard floors, not carpet.
The neutral: the breakfast was very average or even slightly sub-par and didn’t have many options, especially if you have any kind of dietary restrictions.
The negative: the person who checked us in let us know that they had issues with flooding on the second floor. The gym sustained a lot of water damage and wasn’t really useable (although it’s clear that they are working on it). We also noticed water damage on some of the artwork in our room. Not dealbreakers and hopefully issues that will be remedied soon.
