It is 30 degrees outside and when I entered my room I saw that the window was wide open and the air conditioner was on. No need to freeze out the room. It is now taken over half an hour to slightly warm the room and I still need a jacket. Bed and upholstery is still frozen! Total B.S.!!!!

Very basic. The lobby was very plain the staff that checked us in was on the phone a lot talking in a foreign language. More interested in his conversation than guest. Breakfast was okay food was running out, no one was refilling items. Room was okay bathroom shower/ bath really needed to be cleaned better. We was not really impressed. Not likely to stay again

In bad need of dusting toe board, piping under bathroom sink, hair dryer etc. Every light switch is just nasty. Went for breakfast at 0800 both days. Day 1, only a couple of sausages left. Day 2, a few sausages and a scoop of fried potatoes. I ended up eating down the street. I come to Elko often but will not stay here again.

Great place for a short business trip
It is at the convenient location to our business meeting and highway I-80. The general condition of the hotel and room is well kept. The staff for our check-in and free breakfast services are very friendly and professional. The only thing can be improved is the heater in the room, too hot when turning on even on low, too cold when turning off.
