Toilet seat not secure to the bowl. Inadequate water flow in toilet when flushed. Could not handle solid waste without clogging. Poor quality housekeeping. Urine stains on toilet when I checked in. Coffee stains on toilet tank lid. Floor needed to be vacuumed. Room in disrepair but met minimum habitability requirements. Shower was adequate.

Great Sleep!
Some of the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Friendly staff and efficient checkin. They missed the wake up call. I had my own alarm but I always like to have backup. Wake up calls should be taken very seriously.

Great little place with very friendly management. The place is old, but very well maintained. Very clean with new paint and furnishings, plenty of space.

It could have been cleaner Carpets and drapes definitely need cleaning. Bathroom/bathtub had mats/fruit flies, webs in windows. Bed seemed clean and comfy. Front desk was awesome.

Room was clean, and even though it was a pet room, there was no residual pet smell or pet hair. Worth it. Around midnight, there was other guest talking loudly in front of our door which set my old pug-dog in bark mode.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Fixtures are worn from years of scrubbing but room was clean. I was home for family business so the room fit my needs for a good bed and warm shower. The motel is still in better shape than my old go to near Raley's that is a national chain and better priced! I would consider staying here again.

Property and room are old and run down. Overall clean, but not very maintained. Raw drywall and drywall compound in the shower. Corroded shower fixtures. Old furniture. However, still clean. No bugs, no dust, no dirt. Just needs to be remodeled. So so at best.
