Elmsford Stay
The motel complex smelled strongly of marijuana, including our room. Our room smelled so bad that I could not sleep- I felt like I was suffocating. Also, the bathroom was dirty and the blankets had stains on them. We were extremely disappointed in this stay. We have stayed at other Days Inn without a problem. We will probably never stay at another one again.

terrible stay. this was really a motel that Wyndham must have bought and put their name. iron bed, old time bolt doors that need changing, noisy because of paper thin walls. no chair in room for desk, requested 3 times, it never came. was told my room is a suite. .it had a double bed made out of iron, that was almost low as the floor. staff not courteous at all! waste of money. very disappointed. It was a last-minute decision that cost over $300 for 2 nights and I regrated every minute of it. hotel located behind another building. people and dogs outside in parking lot throughtout the night.

Possibly the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at. Cockroaches, room in poor condition, felt "nasty'. Also, Wifi didn't work with a Mac laptop and no maid service for the room when I stayed 2 nights.

The room reeked of marijuana. Shower was sub par. The neighboring room played a football game on the TV at 5AM, and we could hear it - plus any time someone walked by. At least they had a waffle maker.

The horrible excuse for a Days Inn
1.gave us only 2 towels for 4 people-when asked for 2 more towels they said they would see what they could do- no towels ever came 2. Curtain to room was so worn it let in light immediately at sun rise - see pic 3. Spoke with cleaning person when we left for the day to tell them we are leaving so they can go clean room - came back at 8pm And room was never touched -when asked front desk they said you have to sign up if you want your room cleaned 4. Open drywall in ceiling and rotting floor in bathroom see pics 5. Refrigerator was never defrosted from major major ice build up soo everything froze - whatever!!

When we checked in, another guest was saying she had just entered the room she had been assigned, and was surprised to see two naked people in it. (They gave her another room.) Then when we were given our room, we discovered it wasn't what we had reserved (it was a smaller than usual queen room, instead of the standard king room we had reserved. They told us they had no other rooms, and moreover wouldn't refund the price difference, since we had reserved through Expedia. They also claimed that the reservation that they had received from Expedia was for a queen room, which I find not credible, since our Expedia reservation (which I showed the clerk) clearly indicated what we had reserved. So we stayed in the room we were given. The promised free Wifi didn't work at all, the room had a smell of just having been disinfected, and one of the nightstand lights and outlets didn't work. All in all, not recommended.
