This is a newly constructed 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a gorgeous view of the lake from the back patio and a long stretch of sandy beach for your days of fun in the sun. There is a neighborhood boat ramp approx. a half mile away. There is plenty of parking for your boat and other lake toys on site. Some extra amenities include an outdoor shower, tankless hot water system so you will never run out of hot water, propane grill and chair and ice chests for beach use.

Great stay
This is a great place to stay! The house and property are very clean and well kept. You cannot beat the location, view and sandy beach out the back door. The owners offer extras-kayaks, swim mats, corn hole boards and more. If you have a boat, there is a boat dock just a few blocks over. We were able to beach our boat in the evenings right outside the back door. We will be going back again soon!

Great Getaway Spot!
The house was adorable and newly renovated. Although we didn't have any problems at all, the owners made it clear they were accessible if we needed anything. We had everything we needed in the house. The neighbors were so friendly as well. The water area was perfect to swim and hang out. We rented a boat to use as well. The train is pretty close by, so if you are a light sleeper you might need earplugs. We weren't too bothered by it. This was the perfect getaway spot. We wish we could have stayed longer!!
