The staff here was more than accommodating. Our first room didn’t have a bathtub and my husband needs one as he is disabled. They put us in a different room right away. We stayed the night in the second junior suite and my son woke up sore from the bed in the fold out couch. They moved us to yet another room, a double queen this time. No extra charges and no attitude. They were kind and caring. Water pressure is ok. There’s a Keurig in the room. Beds are very comfortable if you like firm mattresses. The location is gorgeous. Right across from the beach. Book a second room for more than two guests or get the double queen because the sofa bed is not comfortable. Casino has older games which was freaking awesome! I was able to play actual penny games. The restaurant is pretty good. We got breakfast all three mornings. There’s a deal for $7.77 for steak, potatoes, egg, and toast. Not bad at all. Thanks for a lovely time.

The check in was really easy as we did most of it online. We received our card key and proceeded to our room. The area outside the door of our room had some remains of spilled food that had not been cleaned up throughout our stay but I also did not point it out. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The next morning of our first stay we were unfortunately woken up by the fire alarm. Which was unpleasant but out of everyone's hands as it was a false alarm, at least we now know it works. The staff provided towels at our request. The pool and spa area were nice and clean with lots of pool towels.We ate off site, so we did not try the restaurant on site and we did not go to the casino.

Very nice, clean, quiet, and spacious. Csn improve a bit with more towel racks that are better placed in the bathroom. More towels would be nice but overall,a much better stay than anticipated.

Perfect stay to visit the Redwoods
Very clean and luxurious rooms, they do have refrigerators in the rooms, which I didn’t see in the description. The pool area is lovely and the lobby is very impressive. I was glad we had 2 nights here. Also, very safe and the restaurant was good, too.
