Great stay in Bonita
The Baymont was a very comfortable stay. They've remodeled the interior with a modern look. The room was well furnished, had comfortable beds, and I had a patio on the pool deck. As a resident of the area, and staying here because of hurricane damage, I can tell you that it's conveniently located to much of the Bonita Springs offerings. Some other info: 1. The front desk is unstaffed. There's a kiosk that connects you to a video call center in India (presumed). It worked well, and the guy on the other end was friendly and efficient. The kiosk dispenses the room key, scans your license, etc. 2. They have a complementary breakfast, but it's pretty basic. Bread/muffins, cereal, and the standard waffle machine. Cold items included hard boiled eggs and yogurt.

This hotel was very clean and all the staff was helpful. Having coffee available 24/7 in the breakfast room was a plus.

The location was fine, and after a hurricane, it was wonderful to have a place to go that still had power. Digital check in and digital check out was fine. Room was a little musty smelling, and the bed was hard as a rock, but it was clean and quiet.

Great property with easy check in and a nice breakfast included. The elevator button for the 1st floor was broken so you had to take the stairs going down which is inconvenient but otherwise a great price and good hotel

No agents on site. There is only a remote person at a kiosk. TV only gets 2 channels. Went there to get closer to home after Hurricane Milton but only stayed one night so we actually paid double because we booked two nights and couldn’t cancel.

Think twice.
This was a virtual check-in process. After I unloaded the car and the check-in was almost complete. The virtual attendant advised us that the TV's don't work in the hotel. They offered a discount or to move to another hotel after the car was unloaded in the rain. I took the discount thinking I could use the wi-fi to see where the hurricane was. We unpacked and I went to check and the wife didn't work. I couldn't even hotspot. I went to ask ask someone about this but the two workers I found didn't speak english. My 20% discount has not been applied and still waiting on the 100.00 dollars they applied to my credit card for incidentals as they stated. We didn't use incidentals and we left a day early due to the storm. The room was clean and comfortable.

Booked for 2 nights and the second night my room key didn’t work no more they had done took all my items out of room . Was there mistake had me sitting in lobby until they got me another room then they gave me a dirty room had go complain again very un happy with there service won’t be back.
