found many things lacking from a stay there 4 years ago. Coffee maker was not easy to plug in(had to move furniture out of the way to even get to a plug), shower head was difficult to maneuver to use top spray, pool gone, and no free water like at many other hotels. shower also leaked onto the floor. In short, seemed to cut corners all over.

My overall experience at the hotel was quite good. The staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. However, I did encounter a couple of issues that affected my stay. The soundproofing in the room was poor, and I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which sometimes made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the mattress was too soft for my liking, and I woke up with back pain each morning. While I appreciate the other aspects of the hotel, these issues with noise and the bed were significant downsides.

Check in was very easy. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, stores and coffee shops. all within walking distance. Hotel staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The only issue was that the walls in the rooms are very thin. You can hear everything the ppl in the next room are saying and their dog wouldnt stop barking. Can hear everything in the halls as well. BUT it wasnt bad where I couldnt deal. Id definitely stay at this hotel again.
