Hotel says "waterfront" which is technically true but most rooms face a business park. Plenty of eating options a short walk away but expect to see unhoused folks hanging out on waterfront and around the area. It has kind of an odd agricultural smell to the area - not sure if its the waterway or what. Didn't have any security issues but made us feel a bit wary. They locked the front door during breakfast to prevent non-guests from coming in which worked. We ate at dinner at the mexican restaurant a short walk away which was delicious.

I was ignored during check out Because they couldn’t get their computers to work correctly, There was no remote control in the room for the TV, The door would not close properly, there was no hotel information in the room, There were homeless people sitting outside the exit doors Night and day. There were only potato chips available for a snack and no place else to go

Ive stayed here mutiple time and this was by far the worst. There was ants in the bathroom and on the bedside table, white stains on both the room and desk chair and it smelled. Thank god I bring my own lysol. People lingering around the property at all hours of the night and people fighting outside your window at 5am and I was on the 3rd floor and this went on for 2 nights. Very ghetto feel and worst stay I ever had here for sure. Highly do not recommend this place anymore.
