I booked this hotel through HOTELS.COM, when I checked in at the hotel, I was charged an EXTRA $100 that was called a security deposit. It wasn't until AFTER I saw the charge on my credit card, that I noticed this. When I brought this to the hotels attention, they never apologized. They told me that I should have see this in the fine print and they told me "while they had a side conversation with another staff member". They will not be returning my money for 5 business days. On top of this experience, the ENTIRE property was under construction. Every parking lot had equipment all over as well as several parking spots taken up by supplies and vehicles. The breakfast overall was okay. But the set-up was a constant traffic jam. It was very difficult to get to anything if more than TWO people were getting food. Overall, not a great experience. I can overlook some things, but from start to finish, the staff at the desk were not very customer driven. I am still at a loss that they didn't even attempt to offer an apology. Basically telling me this was on me. I wouldn't come back to this location.
