We had termites and they only came to spray the room. We were out of our room for over an hour to let fumes settle. Still had termites and they stopped answering our call. No option to change rooms and no refund. Horrible company.

the bathroom has mould on the roof and mirror. the draw fell apart when i tried to open it. the kettle doesn't work. door locks for extra sercurty didn't work. the only thing we found great and would pass was the food and service for dinner in the resturant. the lady was great and so was the food.i become sick with a few hours in the room. i still am not well.the place needs more than just a change of sheets everyday.

Possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Electronic check in with no communication in advance. No baby cots. Dirty, leaking shower and bathroom. Air conditioning not working correctly. Very noisy. Despite being branded as an airport hotel, no luggage storage. Very dated.
