Bathroom was dirty and not cleaned for a while. Cleaning crew only spot cleaned. Dirty towels under my bed that have been there a while. The bathroom ceiling leaked water when neighbors took a shower. Breakfast was cereal and toast. Low quality

Upon checkin TV did not work. We were given another room. Multiple things were in great need of repair. AC/ heat unit was not fastened to the wall. Wind was blowing in around it. I had to stuff towels to seal it. Bed surround was made of thin metal and made horrible loud noise. Mold in bathroom. Sheets did not appear to be clean. Towels for only one person, we were two. Disgusting unclean and unkept conditions. How can Wyndham put their name on this? Unbelievable!

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was very different. Finding a used coffee pouch in the coffee pot was not a good find. Bathtub leaked, plus I think it was cracked.

I’m really glad we stopped by the room first because we ended up buying cleaning supplies. The bathroom had hair and dirt all over with a mold spot. The bedside tables had sticky substances and the walls were dirty with graffiti. The sheets were dirty. Human hair everywhere.

The hotel was very dirty round down lots of noise lots of cigarette buds their room smell like smoke and dirt. It was very sad. They charge us so much money for that kind of service. I will never stay there again and I will never recommend that hotel.

Very dirty room , woke up with bug bites on hand , people were partying out side the rooms till 3 am making noise , had a man try to come in are room 2 times drunk

This will be my go to hotel whenever I come to visit Fernley!! It was wonderful!! Loved the continental breakfast that was provided, everything was clean/fresh/and nicely presented! A Big thank you to all the staff working on Holiday and being open so I can rest at night after visiting family for holiday! Everyone was nice and welcoming!
