Not the cleanest hotel, however, the sheets, blankets, and towels were clean. There was effort into cleaning the room as well. The elevator was a bit scary and icky. Desks clerks were great. Breakfast was a lot more then expected. The parking lot is sketchy, and outside of the building is unappealing. I was trying to avoid broken glass in parking lot and did not realize how close I was to the light post. At only 2 miles an hour, I hit the post and totaled my car. That ruined the rest of the trip.

I'll start off with that this hotel is definitely older. There are a lot of things that could be better cleaned up (especially the pool area). However, I would still stay here again. The staff was awesome. At check in he let us know the pool was closed due to a child vomiting in it. Bummer as we booked this hotel specifically for the pool. The staff gave us a late check out next day so we could hopefully use it in the morning (which we did!). We opened our first room to find they hadn't cleaned it. No problem, staff had us in a new room in 5 minutes. These beds were plush and so comfy! The water in the shower was hot and the AC was cold. Also, very quiet disbite being very busy (saw many other people coming and going) but no noise could be heard from our room.

The front desk check in was one of the worst I have ever experienced. I was told “ we marked you as a no show cuz it’s so late”. I’m emergency traveling after my husband suffered a cardiac arrest from AZ to Fargo. I had been up traveling since 4am that day. I advised her if I paid for a room I should be able to check in whenever I arrive. I wasn’t aware there was a time limit. She them snapped again at me advising that I would have to wait for her audit to be done before I could Check in. According to her she just started it. I reminded quiet and calm. I think that help to defuse whatever she had going on and about 7 mins later(times it) I was checked in. It’s not professional to visit your bad day on customers.

When entering hotel lobby, everything seemed to be just fine. It was well kept and clean. The clerk at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. But when we entered door 3 at the end of the hotel we realize how grungy it was. This is not a 3 star hotel as indicated on Orbitz. It is 2 star. The entry way was ragged and dirty marks and lack of paint on the entry doors and entry way. Dirty window on the door. It was near the laundry and carpeted area is worn out and stained in the hallway. When we arrived in our room, everything seemed to be okay, but we noticed details like dust behind the beds and dust clinging to the ceiling. We actually found a used tea bag under the headboard on the floor. We have no desire ever to book ANY Ramada Inn again.

This is an extremely old, run down hotel. For the big price tag it was not worth it. The water slides scratched up my kids on the first slide and the supports shake every time someone goes doesn’t them. Very sceptical on how safe these slides actually are. Overall clean just dark and old. Breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly.

When we got to our room the room was not very clean but when I opened the sofa bed hours later to put my kids to bed, I could not believe my eyes. It looked like blood on the mattress or something. I went down to the front desk and showed the picture to them and asked for a different room. I changed rooms from a suite to a room with two double beds. He said I could not get any kind of refund because I booked through Hotels.com. we had to pack up all our stuff and change rooms at 9:45pm which was a hassle too. I won’t be book through this site anymore. If I booked directly through the hotel he would have given me a refund he said. Now I am out of luck!
