The person checking us in was very rude to another customer who had a simple question. It would've taken less time to answer her question than it did to tell her that she would have to wait until she finished checking me in. We were unknowingly given a poolside room without first asking if it was OK and the pool noise kept us awake. There was a party going on in the neighboring room and hallway keeping us awake. I politely asked those guests if they could keep it a little quieter, go into the room, and shut their door. They wouldn't. After awhile, I finally called the front desk to see if they could ask the guests to be quiet and they said that they were allowed to make noise up until midnight! Well, they purred much later than that. I asked about another room and they said there were no other rooms available. We could cancel our room if we wanted, but at that time of night, where would we go? We were in our pajamas, unpacked, and had all of our food in the cooler. Leaving was not a good option. We may be got four hours of sleep. The hotel was quite rundown compared to the last time I stayed there. The bathroom floor was not very clean in the corners, etc. There should be 2 waffle makers for the large number of people at the hotel. The wait was too long. The others in my party had already finished breakfast by the time I was able to get my waffle and join them. We paid way too much for a rundown, poorly run hotel.

I got there early and prepared to be told I couldn't get in my room till 3. However, the staff was super friendly and said they had a room ready so they checked me in and I got a nap before my show that night! I love hotels that actually care about their customers and this one does.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I booked this hotel because it had a pool. When we arrived we were told the pool was closed for maintenance but would be open the next morning. It was closed our entire stay. Had the hotel told me prior to arrival I would have cancelled. This was totally unfair. Also the hotel was filthy. Dirty carpets, disgusting elevators and garbage in the hallways. We were on the third floor and used the stairs because of the elevator. The room had paint missing on the walls and the curtains were off the track.

Average stay overall, but at the time we booked the hotel didn't inform us that their pool would be closed for maintenance during our stay. We only booked 3 days prior to our stay and we would have chosen a different hotel had we known their pool was closed as there were other options for a similar price in the vicinity.

The hotel and rooms were quite clean for an older hotel. Pool area is nice for kids although we do not have children, but clean and fun. Our room up on third floor did have kind of a musty smell to it, rooms & carpeting throughout hotel needs some work. Staff were nice enough to let us change rooms with the convention going on that we were not apart of & our area around our room was noisy. They handled that well and professionally at the front desk. Housekeepers were nice to us and quick to bring up more towels for our room. Breakfast area is awesome & the variety of breakfast was great! Like that it had a bar attached, however our only negative experience at the Ramada unfortunately happened here & is a bummer that one staff member who acted poorly overshadowed the overall good experience we had here. We went to the bar, my boyfriend & I for a drink & to play slots. We arrived& the bartender, a white female with blonde hair maybe in her 50s, didn’t greet us & immediately asked for our IDs when we said our drinks - did not say anything to us when we approached her except “IDs” no greeting, her arms were crossed leaning on the back bar, not welcoming at all. My boyfriend orders & she assumes that he is intoxicated & states “you look like you don’t need anymore”.. we were sober. Almost wanted to walk & not spend any money there. We didn’t look impaired at all so I found that super rude & this was our first AND only time we came to the bar!! Management beware!

I've stayed here in the past and have always had a great experience. This visit was disappointing. The staff memmber that checked me in, didn't smile at all. Perhaps it had been a long dat for them, but I've always been greeted with a smile so that's my expectation. The room was close to an exit which is always nice. The room itself, however, was not even close to comparable to other rooms I've had in the same hotel. The bed was flat yet lumpy, the desk chair was worn out, the top of the dresser had a broken spot on the cornerthat caught my sleeve, the outdated microwave had a huge burn mark inside it and the fridge had mold in the drawer. The shower curtain would not stay closed from one end to the other, due to the rod holding it being loose. There was a mat in the bathtub that appeared to have mold around it's edges. The room was pet friendly, however, by the scratch marks on the inside bathroom door, someone had a pet that was desperately trying to escape. I hope revisions are made before my next visit. I cannot imagine how disappointing it would be to have this experience a second time. I'm very grateful I opted to shorten my visit to one night instead of the three nights I had initially planned.

I wish I could say something positive about the hotel room itself, however, very run down and dirty. Stuff smeared on the walls, shower was so dirty that we didn’t use it. The bright spot of the facility was the bar. Seems to be recently updated and very clean. The staff in there were awesome. I’m a guy that has traveled a lot and not picky. I would not stay there again in its current condition.
