Very convenient location, breakfast room was convenient and the staff helpful and customer-oriented. Porcelain (real dishes) and glasses would be better, as opposed to cardboard and plastic.

No suites
This hotel says it has suites. If you go by the “suites” we were given this is not the case. Our first room was rated as a suite because it had a jacuzzi in the room. This room didn’t even have room to sit and only offered one office chair. The room smelled like mold, I assume because of the jacuzzi and the bed was extra firm. We asked to change room and the woman at the desk was great in giving us another room. The second room was a bit better but was still small with no real room to sit.

Definately need be transparent there are no elevators. Rooms in the original building need to be updated as well as rugs in rooms and halls. Adequate towels and amenities in rooms. We had an upgrade room with a patio but outside patios not well cleaned- no dividers between rooms for privacy and people smoking on patios is irritating to those that do not smoke. Excellant breakfast offered at the hotel.. easy to walk to most restaurants in area and the waterfront. Overall good value.

Great hotel in a beautiful town.
One night stop. Use this hotel frequently going between Ontario and Nova Scotia. One of our favourites. And Gananoque is so scenic. Wish they had recycle bins in the room and breakfast room. And wooden utensils would be better than plastic.

parking lot street lamp is too bright at night time and shine directly to the room, white curtain can not block it. Sanyo fridge is make soft buzz noise sound same as tinnitus. If no trouble falling asleep, then this hotel is nice to stay, free parking until noon next day, close to the beach and park, good breakfast is included

Pool was great as was the breakfast buffet. Rooms were dated but beds were comfortable and clean. Doors need to be soft closing as everyone was slamming them. Overall for the price well worth it.
