Great stay
Our family of 7 stayed for two nights while visiting the Grand Canyon and doing some hiking. The property was clean and matched the description. The only suggestion I have is relocating the thermostat from the main hall to the living area. The temperature on the thermostat did not match the living/family room area.

Big Disappointment
This property is very depressing. It's dark, furnished mostly with thrift store furniture from the 1960's, and in desperate need of updating and thorough cleaning. The yard was unusable, consisting solely of 2foot tall weeds. The garage door remote is broken, the toaster is broken on one side, many lamps are broken, and the list goes on. It was such a turn off that we left 2 days early.

Grand Canyon home base
We appreciated the basket of snacks to welcome us. The display board by the front door with pamphlets of attractions was helpful. We also appreciated the dispensers in the showers. Items that need attention: - Garage door opener needs new batteries. - We were expecting 4 twin beds and it seemed like there was just one trundle. Upon further investigation we did notice that there was a thin foam mattress underneath the day bed with drawers, but no sheet set.

The location was great. House had games that my family enjoyed playing- board games and rock band. House was very spacious. All bathroom amenities were provided- paper products, shampoo, body wash, soap). Kitchen was mostly equipped with what’s needed. Only feedback- More pillows are needed on the king size bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Second Stay!!!
I love this home, tucked away in a quiet and wooded neighborhood. We brought our son for his NAU tour and enjoyed our time in Flag and this house, including getting a little exercise walking in the hilly neighborhood. Plenty of room and cozy at the same time. This is my second time renting here…if you’d like a quiet spot, I highly recommend it!

There have been some updates to the home that are nice. It was also good to have fans for each room as it got warm while we were there. The plumbing is outdated and there are only beds for 7 not 8. We would stay here again.

The house is pretty big and the back yard is nice the only problem i had was with the tv but other than that everything was good the house manager was really kind and helped us with everything and sadly there wasnt much snow but well try again soon

Good Overall
The house was clean and had a lot of room to spread out. The house did not have a/c and in a heat wave in Flagstaff, that made it difficult to get the house cooled down, even with the provided fans. We have smalll children and were hoping they could run around in the yard a bit, but the yard is very uneven and had a lot of weeds so it wasn't suitable for play. Otherwise, the house was great and had everything we needed!

everything was great, location , i would book this again if the weather was a little cooler, this unit got up to 87 degrees in the daytime as it has no AC. However the property was very nice with very large rooms and everything you need for a great time!!!

Great Location Beware Wasps/Ants/No A-C
The property inside is nicely decorated and clean except for the ants near the sink and in the pantry. There are two huge wasp nests (underground) near the back patio and so I did get stung while sitting out on the patio. The house gets extremely hot and has no air flow throughout so it was 85 degrees inside at midnight and none of us could sleep. There are no screen doors in the front two rooms which would help cool the house down. I'm sure it is fine other times of the year but in August, we were miserable. There are not enough stand alone fans (no ceiling fans anywhere) to keep the house from getting too hot.

The things I liked- 1. The rooms were large and the four of us were very comfortable in the space. 2. The neighborhood was quiet and the golf course offered some nice views while walking around. 3. They provided plenty of towels, coffee and creamer. 4. The furniture was better quality than most. The couch was down feather filled and the beds were very comfortable with high quality linens. 5. Access into the unit was EASY!!! I loved the way they did it. The things that could use some work... 1. The pictures made you believe that the pool and country club Amenities were included- they are NOT. There is a twenty five dollar charge to use them. I felt the pictures were false advertising. 2. The management company doesn’t communicate through the app. When I emailed them through their preferred method, there was no response. Not good. 3. Considering how much the cleaning charge is, we had to do a lot for the check out procedure. I would leave about 40 mins to do everything on the list.
