Great hotel and location
Traveled for a softball tournament. Desk clerk was very sweet, accepted our pizza from driver so we could feed the team after our games. Also, there was a couple from another team trying to check in after our games were over. They verbally and physically assaulted the young desk clerk and we assisted in getting them trespassed. She was really sweet and didn’t deserve that. She tried to handle it the best she knew how and was very professional.

The staff was excellent from front desk, to cleaning, to breakfast. The location did not have eating establishments close to walk to, but we knew that. Eating establishments were a short drive away.

Nice stay.. but….
We return regularly to this fav hotel. It’s located just north of Farmington, out of the busy noisy area. Very quiet & small in size with very nice amenities; right up our alley. My only minor complaint is with Richard at the front desk. This isn’t out first visit where he’s really lacking customer service/friendly attitude. Not a good first impression. I had to return to the front desk 4 times to get a working key. Although Richard eventually resolved the issue, he didn’t seem to care & never apologized for the inconvenience. The 2 gals at the front desk however were very friendly, interactive & helpful throughout our stay. When I noticed a car door was open in an empty car in the parking lot for about an hour, I took a pic of the license plate & car & showed it to Richard & suggested he contact the hotel guest. He said “I don’t have the time” (he was just sitting there), “I don’t know who the vehicle belongs to” (guests r required to complete a form with vehicle details) and “too many guests” (the hotel has only about 50 rooms). To help, I mentioned the vehicle arrived within the last hour, but he ignored my suggestion & never seemed to care. That’s just not the customer service I was expecting.
