Our room 113 had dirty sticky floors with candy stuck to the floors. The door handles we very dirty, sheets on one bed had stains. Arrived late and asked for another room. It was better, but still lack cleanliness around door handles, rugs by doors, and no amenities were in the room. The free breakfast had no waffle iron working, the muffins were old and crumbling, other choice was yogurt or a boiled egg...not worth the money to spend there. I would not choose to stay there again and not recommend it.

This property is near a train railway and its very loud. The guess never sleep. Upstairs room you can hear them running around up there. The room floors need mopping had to use a towel to keep the dirty floors from getting into the bed. The staff at the front door are very nice. I would stay again if there was no other rooms to get.

I usually don't stay in hotels like this. We were trying to get away from hurricane Milton and didn't have a choice. The first room I was sent to the TV didn't work. The second room the AC wasn't cold enough. Something happened to the water in one of the buildings and the staff were really stressed out about it. It was "ok" for one night, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Perfectly suitable motel.. Paid $67, got a good night’s sleep, comfortable bed, safe location, good coffee in morning. Clearly a bit run down, not the best appointed hotel, but for the price? Perfect!

There were roaches (3) in our room, the whole room smelled like cigarettes which made more sense once we found the pile of ashes on the floor, and the side table was covered in a sticky substance we hope was maple syrup and not anything worse. Absolutely disgusting and the worst motel I have ever stayed in.

We were told we had to leave our room and go to another hotel bexause there was a major water leak. When we tried to get refunded for the 3 nights we lost, the hotel and expedia ran us around in a circle. We were told they can't refund as there is a no refund policy!!! They failed to provide us the lodging we paid for and neither the hotel or expedia would make it right. Totally unacceptable and we will never use expedia or Days Inn, Florence again!

Wear your flip flops on these dirty floors
The room was good. Had the basic things to include a refrigerator. The ceiling above the tub looked like someone splattered food all over it and after showering, my husband walked across the floor to the other side of the bed and his feet were black from the dirty floor. They shut off the breakfast before 9AM too.
