I was moved 4 times an each room either the fridge wouldn’t close due to excessive ice built up, no tv signal, no microwave and no HEAT! I called front desk and he refused to move me when I told him I can’t use fridge or watch tv said they are not allowed to move, me being alone and in the 3rd building in back I said okay don’t mind the fridge but can you come fix the tv he told me no So at this point I’m aggravated and asked him to move me he said no more available rooms I said well I need to be moved he said he have to call his manager I was placed on hold the manger agreed to move me and the fridges didn’t work in the rooms he took me to then said to me it’ll be. An additional $50 I told him I’m not paying that !!!! This is an inconvenience to me!! The fourth room was okay only problem was the heat barely worked and. No microwave told him about it and he refused to help me anymore!!! It was my birthday everywhere else was booked or didn’t allow locals I stayed at econolodge and I literally cried for hours!!! Horrible experience ever and just ruined the ending of my birthday I’ll never go back there !!! I would really want a refund !! And ofc I have pictures and videos!

Climate was ok.Room had no phone,lots of roaches and no coffeemaker or continental breakfast. No ice machines near rooms only up front.live and learn never stay there again.

The hotel was filled with what appeared to be drug addicts and prostitutes. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. You would be much better off sleeping in a cardboard box in an overpass on route 95. The room was filthy, the bathroom had burn marks, a broken towel rack and exposed plumbing. Spend the extra $20 and stay anywhere else

If it were possible, I would give this property a negative rating. When we first checked in the first thing I noticed were cigarette burns on the sheets and on the quilts. Plus there were cockroaches everywhere. It was late when we checked in, so we just went to bed. Before doing so we turned on the AC on the coldest setting. Needless to say, an hour later we were both laying there with sweat pouring out of our body. It was probably at least 82° I called the front desk and they lied to me when they said there were no other rooms available, the third building in the complex was completely empty. I then requested a new room the next morning. They assured me I would have it when I got back to the motel that afternoon. When I got back that afternoon, they give me the keys to a new room. When I went to the new room it was one king bed instead of two queens. I went back to the front desk and said I needed a room with two beds. It was another 2 hours before we people are able to get into a two-bedroom. Upon going to that room I decided to take a shower. When I turned on the shower I accidentally touched the metal behind the handle and was hit with an electrical shock. At this point I was extremely upset. When we checked out the next morning I was accosted by two meth heads in the parking lot asking me for money. They were all over the parking lots. I've run out of room to explain how bad an exprience it was. Never again will I stay at an Econolodge. Give me my money back.

The room was heavily infested with roaches. The TV doesn't work. The shower doesn't work and you can't fill the bathtub with water for a bath. The facility has lots of prostitutes and drug dealers. All true. Plus, I reserved a queen room with smoking. When I checked in, they said all that was avsilable was a king with no smoking. Plus it cost about $15 more than what I was supposed to pay. On a scale of 1 to 5 ,the place gets a negative 20.
