No microwave in room and the toilet kept getting stopped up and bed covers had cigarette burn marks under the beds has trash and time I walked in the room seen a roach crawling out the trashcan.

I booked a room For my husband and 2 children. It was paid in full but upon arriving to check in we were told that there was not a room available. I was told I’d have a refund in 10 max. This is ridiculous to over book and take someone’s money. Now I’m having to wait to get my money back.
