Great option on the outskirts of town with transportation to town every day. Staff were relatable and kind, clean with a pool and restaurant and grocery store. Highly recommend.

This was a really great and unique stay. My husband and I are travelling across Europe for the first time, so it was our first time in Italy. We absolutely loved the resort. It was the best part of our trip to Italy by far. The glamping tent was amazing. Very comfortable, clean, and a good price. The on-site market, bar, and restaurant were reasonably priced and made things comfortable within the resort. However, and I cannot emphasize this enough, the Florence transit system is probably the worst in the world. You *need* a car if you want to get into the city of Florence. The busses are often early, late, or not running at all. The bus drivers sometimes don’t let you off on your stop. There is no taxi service - they will not pick you up nor let you book ahead. There are no Ubers. Beware of the bike lines as drivers are aggressive and will not stop if you have a green light in the bike line. And biking on narrow cobblestone streets through crowds of people is not for the faint of heart. I would have stayed on the resort for my entire stay in hindsight, as the struggle of dealing with Florence transit ruined my view of Italy forever. There is a shuttle to and from the city, but the drop off point was very far from the things we wanted to do. It could make things easier if you are going to the area it wants you to go.

Hotel restaurant is amazing and food was delicious and nicely priced. Hotel itself needs more activities nothing to do apart from pool go to the bar. You can arrange tours from the hotel but if you wanted a relaxed day at the hotel you will get a bit bored very quickly.

5/10- wanted to like CIT, but too many issues.
My wife and I stayed at Hu Firenze Camping in Town from 9/24/24 to 9/28/24. We had a deluxe bungalow with a queen sized bed. We have mixed feelings about the stay at best. Pros: the staff was helpful in answering all of our questions and requests. Shuttle bus to and from 109 Via G. Orsini is convenient to use, but last pick up from town is 9:30 PM. Alternatively, city bus (#14 line) pick up point nearby with service that runs later. The site itself is clean and the guests here are respectful. Cons: THE WIFI DOES NOT WORK IN YOUR ROOM, ONLY IN THE COMMON AREAS NEAR THE RECEPTION DESK/INFO POINT. This was very inconvenient if you are relying on the WiFi to access the internet without burning through your overseas data plan. Our pillows were thin and not comfortable at all. At least the bed itself was nice. Our AC unit was leaking and the water ended up pooling on the floor; we had to use our towels to soak it up. Lastly, the laundry service was a joke. We paid 5 euros to wash, 4.50 euros to 'dry'. However, the washer cannot sustain a slightly larger load of clothes!!! Our clothes were washed but came out still soaking wet. We put them in the dryer to hopefully dry off, but it barely did anything. Worst of all, we had all these wet clothes and a 7 AM flight the next day! 5/10 at best. I really wanted to like this place, but I wouldn't stay here again.

We enjoyed staying here! Our bungalow was spacious, clean, and air-conditioned. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early. We didn’t have toilet paper but staff easily supported us with this mistake. WiFi reached our bungalow but on occasion we lost connection. This place was environmentally friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and pool. We liked that there was a market and restaurant on site. I recommend that you have a car.

My partner and I loved staying here. The restaurant was great, the pool was really good with tasty options at the snack bar, the supermarket had everything we could ever need, and the property offered a shuttle service that brought you within 10 minute walk of the city center and the shuttle ran regularly (6 euros round way). If you wanted to wash clothes at the property there were many washer/dryers available but was pricey (5 euros wash 5 euros to dry). The only downfall is the wifi. We didn’t have any in our rooms and it was only guaranteed in the common areas, but even then it was a low connection which made it difficult to do much. We ended up using most of our data with our eSIM cards. Overall great experience. Rooms were clean and up to date, staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back in the future or try a different location!

Awful and unpleasant Stay! Terrible Customer service! During our stay of one night, we had power cut ( only us!) the fuse kept jumping. Next door couple said there was a problem with the room we were staying at as previous couple experienced the same thing! Now imagine in 30-32 degree heat and humidity the A/C is out because the electricity kept cutting off. None existence customer service . There were not interested at all! All they are interested in is your money. The bed comes with bugs and Ants. Taking a shower? Dont, because its either boiling water or cold water, nothing in middle. I have been all around the world and never had/seen such appalling conditions place or Hotel.

Hu Firenze was a great location and a brilliant stay for me and the wife. The staff were great, the shuttle bus into Florence for just €3 return each was a real benefit. There's a shop on site, the pool and bar - and the bar staff were also superb. The food and both price and quality of food at the onsite restaurant isn't the best Italy can offer, but serves it's purpose. We felt the stay was relaxed and safe. The wife particularly enjoyed being woken up by a regiment in the Italian army reach morning at 8am.

The Cabanas are just as the pictures, very comfortable and clean. The parking is right next to each cabana. The common areas like the pool, and the restaurant are very nice.
