We really enjoyed our stay here at Hotel Botticelli. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and the location is super convenient and close to everything. You can hear the outdoor market vendors carting their carts in the late evening and early morning, perhaps depending on the room. It didn’t bother us… just goes to show how close you are!!! Delicious food nearby and close to many sites. Great option especially if you are taking the train. Breakfast was delicious!

The complimentary breakfast is fabulous. Ana and Mohamed are outstanding. Hotel is conveniently located to shopping, dining and tourist attractions. I don't the slow, small elevator. A ramp for the front steps for your luggage would be helpful. The shower/bathtub is really dysfunctional and risky for injury. The carts for cleaning were kept in the hallways all day long. Even when not in use. I realize they upgraded the matresses, yet not sure why this is considered a 4 star hotel. Needs upgrading: carpetting, furniture and painting

Didn't like carpet in room. Great staff- Federico and Vita at the front desk were very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Awesome location with easy access to all the sights. Room was large by European standards.
