This was a breeze to park our rental car here, they handled everything and they were so helpful. Such a cute place and great breakfast on the terrace! I would highly suggest this and the best restaurant is across the street! Loved it!

One of the coolest rooms we have stayed in! Love the old charm. Room was clean and huge, super high ceilings! Bathroom was modern. A/C worked well for us Texans. Walkable to everything. There was a lift for you and your luggage. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Horror hotel
The only positive thing about this hotel location. We got a room with broken air conditioning not the one that we booked. Then we got a new one with better AC but the furniture and just the condition of the room is awful, and on top of all there were bedbugs bites and we found one. Do not even think to stay here. There are other hotels around.

The entrance was unique and there was a very helpful young man working at the front desk. Other than that the hotel room was run down with stains on the washroom ceiling, mould on the grout of shower, the wood door always had to be slammed shut or it wouldn't close therefore, while in our room we would hear other doors being slammed shut when people were attempting to close their door. There was also a male guest who was yelling frantically next door, I was petrified as I heard things banging as he was screaming and it sounded like he was hitting someone. Did not hear anyone tend to the matter as it lasted for awhile.The room was gloomy, dusty, rusty , mouldy , very old looking but not in a nice way and needs brighter lighting and new faucets that work and showers people can get into.

One elevator and it didn’t work. Had to lug luggage over 6 flights of stairs. Called front desk for help - no answer. Complained - no empathy or effort to get help for guests and luggage. When complained told to fill out complaint card. Rotten bananas at breakfast. Quality of breakfast versus everywhere else over two weeks poor. Little fruit. Cold pancakes and eggs.

Great hotel with histroy
This hotel used to be a palace and I thought the quad room I booked was the one with frescos and luxurious furniture. We were a bit disappointed when entering the room to see wood ceiling and no painting on the walls. The room was huge though with an additional dressing room which we never used. The bathroom was updated and very clean and huge. The water pressure in the shower was strong. After reading the history of this hotel we were happy not staying in the room with frescos. I prefer not saying hi to Ms Capello.:)

We stayed at Hotel Paris for 3 nights in Florence and got the Quadruple Suite. The room was one of the best room we've ever stayed in. It was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the queen sofa sleeper was comfortable for my kids, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The AC in the room worked great as it was late July and we definitely needed it. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, clean and spacious room.

Very unique hotel beautifully decorated in period furnishings. Centrally located within walking distance to all major sites. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Good hotel with fabulous location and valet parking for 37 euro a day. Rooms were very hot as airco could not handle to high temperature at all. We got a fan which helped a little. Will not book this hotel when visiting in the summer but will.in cooler times of the year.

Hotel Paris was great. Great location close to train station and many of the main sights of Florence. Lots of nearby dining options, Breakfast option in hotel. Staff was very friendly. Used laundry service which was done in the same day. Would absolutely suggest staying here.
