We travel twice a year and have long stays and don't ususally review. But, we both agree this hotel deserves a comment. All of the hotel staff at Hotel Paris are exceptional!! From check in to check out everyone always smiled and offered themselves generously. They made us feel like they were happy we were there. The hotel had exactly what you want when away from home, clean comfortable friendly service. The hotel is historic and beautiful and they preserved that well in renovations. The location can not be beat. Massimo and Massimo(Maxamillion) were the stars. Attrie( sorry for the spelling) was kind and sweet. The woman in the dining room, we don't know her name, was very attentive and sweet. The room was new and fresh each day, although we never saw the cleaning crew. Thank you for a marvelous stay in this home away from home.

Nice hotel , great location , but if rent a car They don’t have a parking space you have to pay $35 a day and they will take it to a parking garage and they are renovating the hotel right now nobody said anything to us or went you are making reservations so if you don’t care about noise at 8:00 am you will love this hotel

The charm of this hotel is that it was a palace built in the 1600's. As such it has some cosmetic defects that we actually enjoyed. The place is living history. Staff is great and the breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty. 24 hour espresso machine. A terrific location with everything in walking distance. Would stay again.

Loved our stay. Construction outside of the exterior of building but very respectful as it only was done later in the morning & ending early afternoon so no effect on our stay. Beds are super comfortable & loved the shower in our room. Valet parking which is very convenient for Florence.

The service here is absolutely incredible!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable. The hotel itself is a former palace and the fresco in the breakfast room is worth the price of admission. There is an excellent restaurant across the street where we enjoyed a Florintine Steak Extravaganza. Get the breakfast- totally a steal. Location also perfect especially if you are arriving by train. Special shoutout to Annika who went above and beyond for us!!

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The hotel is within easy walking distance to all the important places in Florence. The breakfast was great. I liked eating and having my cappuccino in the breakfast room with paintings on the ceiling or out on the beautiful terrace.

The staff like Vittorio is very pleasant and helpful. We appreciate the 24-hours availability of the coffee/tea/water in the Terraza. The hotel is unique with its antique settings, but the bathroom needs updating, toilet needs more cleaning and the floor tile grouts is needing regroutin.

Great location and very friendly staff. I liked the patio area for breakfast - gorgeous. I also appreciated the dining room was open all day / night with beverages and a cool area to sit and relax. The hotel had a great vibe.

Beautiful old hotel, excellent front desk staff, good breakfast buffet, large rooms, huge bathroom, views. Very convenient to major shopping and attractions. Very clean. They do have an elevator but you still have to navigate stairs to get to it and then depending on which floor you are placed on so if you have a disability be certain to let them know you cannot do stairs. Only downside we saw to this hotel was the streets surrounding it are very busy and noisy even during low tourist season. People literally yelling on the street at 4:00 a.m. so maybe take some earplugs. I live in New York City in a noisy neighborhood and the noise here got to me. Ear plugs, white noise app on your phone, etc. would be helpful. But everything else was lovely and we would happily stay here again.

Hotel Paris was beautiful and very well equipped for a building over 1,000 years old. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and professional, from check in to check out. The hotel was centrally located and easily walkable to major museums, restaurants, cafes, and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable Florence experience..

Old, beautiful hotel with extremely friendly, helpful and responsive staff. Amazing location if you’re looking for convenience for walkability to most tourist spots. Single rooms are very small but that was fine with me since I didn’t come to Firenze to sit in my room :)
