I would definitely staff at Hotel Paris again. The staff was friendly and professional. As 2 older women we felt very safe and enjoyed the many restaurants in the area. Florence is a beautiful city.

We absolutely loved hotel Paris. It’s 5 min walk from train station and a 5 min walk from the Duomo! We loved the hotel it was so pretty and and the staff was so friendly. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back whenever we are in Florence.

WOW! If this is 3 star... I'm in love! Absolutely stunning suite. Ceiling is 15' high with a ancient fresco painted. Breakfast was extensive, service was extraordinary! Bathroom... WOW WOW!! Location is perfect. HIGHLY recommended!

We really wanted to leave a positive review because this was a great hotel. Sadly the front desk staff were extremely rude and treated us horribly over a misunderstanding. Because of the way we were treated we would never stay again and wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately, it feels very old and outdated. The rooms were extremely noisy, and the beds were very uncomfortable. The pillows were so hard that it was impossible to get a good night’s sleep, and the mattresses were just as uncomfortable. I would strongly suggest the hotel replace the pillows and upgrade the beds to improve the guest experience.

First time staying at Hotel Paris. It was a true delight from the moment we arrived with the wonderful welcome to the time we left. Although we only stayed 2 nights, we felt like home. The room was beautiful overlooking the street and surprisingly quiet at night for sleeping. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Clean, clean clean. Breakfast served in the beautifully vaulted and frescoed ceiling room was nice. Coffee/tea service available 24 hours. Great find!

A nice, convenient hotel in central Florence

This is a funky, nice hotel in the heart of Florence. It was once very fancy - now a bit past its prime but still very pleasant. Large room with a good sized bath and nice shower. Very convenient to everything in central Florence, five minute walk to the Duomo and about 10-12 minute walk to the train station. Our only problem was that the elevator did not go directly to our floor so we had to schlep the heavy bags up or down about a dozen steps.It wasn't a problem for us but I can see how that could be challenging for some guests.

The property was rather quaint, old fashioned, room doors were opened with a key and upon leaving every day was asked to leave it with the receptionist. It was clean and tidy, The staff were super friendly and actioned all my requests with a smile. There was four complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. The hotel is in the centre of Florence and only couple of minutes from Duomo. The only negative point was the noisy A/C which I turned it off at night time. Should i return to Florence, I will stay there again.
