The outside of the property, lobby, and halls are all very nice and appear to be new. The room itself was very good, but some decor choices (specifically the pink coat hooks, shelf, and clothes hanger) date the room and don't really match anything else in the hotel in my opinion. The breakfast was good and the staff was excellent. Overall, this hotel is a great pricepoint for what you get and if I were to go back to Florence, I'd rent a room here again over any of the others.

I was unable to adjust the thermostat. It would revert back to a colder temperature on its own. Had to turn it off entirely to be able to sleep somewhat comfortable. Breakfast was the worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. Very limited variety and what was there was cold and tasteless. Will not return to this hotel.

The stay was great all the way around. The attendant that checked us in was very courteous as well as professional. Our room was very clean and properly supplied. The staff thru out this establishment were very “Customer Focused”. Highly recommend!
