The beds are very comfortable. TVs are very outdated, no smart capabilities. My room looked like things had been ripped off the walls and like furniture had been thrown around. Front desk staff are slow to respond.

Always a great stay!
We have stayed in this hotel multiple times when traveling to Maryland from Florida. Always a pleasant experience and staff is always friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are always clean. The hotel itself is clean. Will continue to stay here along our journey if traveling

I'm not a "review" type person but I am soooooo impressed and happy with my stay that I had to say something. I'm a travel nurse so a quiet, comfortable nights sleep for another 12 hour shift is a must. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE that I thought hard about how much I need my job. I did not want to get up. I'm overly satisfied and will definitely be staying throughout my contract. The front desk guy was also amazing. I didn't get to dig in the hot breakfast because of my extra time laying in bed not wanting to leave but it looked amazing. I love this hotel ❤️

The mattress was way too soft so I stuffed a pillow under my hips as I woke up halfway through the night with a sore back. We also killed 5 bugs at random times in the bathroom and I got bit on the arm by something during the night.

The location is right off I-95 and surprisingly quiet. The hotel seemed to be reasonably clean. The only issue I had was that the floor in the bathroom shower was dirty and the bathroom had a sour smell. We wiped the floor and bathroom down with Clorox wipes and that seemed to do the trick.

Not a Restful Stay
Walls are very thin. We could hear conversations from other rooms. The ventilation system allowed marijuana smoke to come through to our room. A dog barking from a nearby room woke me at 5:30 a.m. It was not a restful stay. The breakfast was substandard. There was no yogurt, the fried eggs were cold and a trash can was overflowing.

I knew it was pet friendly, but…
We planned a quick stopover on route to NY, just to sleep. We were asked if we would be okay with a first floor room. My reply was “we just need a good night sleep”. The clerk put us in a first floor room with pet owners - dogs barking at night and morning. Not a lot, but enough to be disturbing. I would suggest placing guests without pets in a different hall.

Great room and value, poor employee experience
The room was great but the front desk employees (two different women I encountered) looked and acted like they couldn’t have cared less about their job. Check in was frosty. “Name? ID? Here are your keys” I didn’t realize the door couldn’t be opened from outside after a certain hour, usually there are key pads for your room key, but when I apologized to the front desk employee and stated that I thought there’s be a key pad she rolled her eyes and said “no ma’am… there’s not a key pad” I tried to check out at 0530 and there was no one in sight after waiting ten minutes so I just left the keys and a note. Luckily we just stopped overnight for travel reasons but I was very underwhelmed by service. I’m not one to need to feel like a VIP but basic human interaction is nice.

Clean hotel right off of I95. Several restaurants within walking distance to go for dinner. Breakfast is included. Very easy to check in. Friendly staff. Free parking.
