Front desk staff was very polite and friendly. Fast check in. Best pillow I slept on in a hotel! Now the bad: My husband woke up to go to the bathroom and there were cockroaches scurrying by the bathroom door. He caught one. We checked out early. Also: Room had smoke smell.

Freezing in Florence
Freezing night, room heater not working properly! Informed by management that no repairman available. Suggested that I reset machine turning off at plug then turning back on. This seemed to work toincrease heat output for a short time.

The room smelled a little like smoke upon entering. The front desk provided a spray which alleviated the problem. The breakfast was not so great, but everything else was fine for a quick stop over on a road trip.

This was one of the worst places we’ve stayed at ever. It was conveniently located right off the interstate. However, the mattress was hard and lopsided. It literally was higher on one side than the other and rolled one of us to the other side and smushed us together as if we were in a twin sized bed. At 3 a.m. when I couldn’t sleep that way anymore, I got up to use the pull out sofa bed in hopes of it at least being level only to discover there were no linens anywhere in the room for it. Breakfast was pretty much a continental breakfast although they did have hot oatmeal. The check-in attendant was rude and seemed annoyed that we had the gall to bother her at almost 11 p.m. I have no idea how other people have it decent reviews. Would not recommend this place.
