This property has decent room and beds. Staff was friendly. What I don’t like is that they don’t serve scrambled eggs or omelette in hot breakfast and only one waffle machine so expect to wait in line. Next morning we woke up to see our toilet getting choked and 2 black dots on toilet seat seems to be damaged.

My name is Lorenzo Ambrosini, I stayed last night at the quality inn hotel in Florence, SC, I’m leaving a negative feedback. The WC was clogged and dirty, after my complain they sent in the room a toilet plunger and I had to do the job, this is ridiculous, they promised a discount for the bill tha did not happen,they said I have to talk with expedia, breakfast was absolutely horrible, continental breakfast.I’ll never stop by in this hotel. Thanks

We were assigned a smoking room and couldn’t change it at check in. When I asked for Lysol to help with the smoking smell, I received cleaning solution that neither cleaned or helped the air. The bathroom was disgusting, and had spiders and spider webs in the corners. The shower was yellow. The cleanliness all around was poor. The pillows were the size of couch pillows. The rooms are outdated and they provide only a bar of soap. We canceled our second night’s stay and went to another hotel. When I pulled our clothes out of our luggage, they reeked of pot and cigarette smoke. I would NOT recommend this hotel…especially if you have children!

The property is perhaps a bit older, but has been nicely refreshed with modern, comfortable furnishings, clean rooms and property, and relatively quiet. Exactly what I need for a night's rest while on the road. The lobby was spacious, well-lit, with an open space and a decent breakfast spread. Staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and seemed happy in their jobs. This place really lived up to its name – Quality!

Skip this one.
This hotel is in a great location. Off interstate 95 and surrounded by shopping and restaurants. It’s a mess. My room had a broken dead bolt, the sink had no stopper, and complimentary shampoo was so old it would not come out of the bottle. Avoid.
