The air conditioning in our room was soooo loud when it turned on that it woke us up every time. Not a good rest after a 12 hour drive. We have stayed at TRU several times along our east coast drives with no issues at all. I think our room was 325 in Fayetteville SC

Rooms were really small maybe 120 square feet. No place to move the desk chair. Didn’t want to trip during the night. It was very clean and new.

Overall it was a great stay, very clean, super friendly staff. Alittle upset about the indoor pool heater not working considering this was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The staff was nice about it and compensated us for it. Wish we would have known in advance.
