Welcome to the gated community of Charleston Oceanfront Villas! This 3 Bed/3 Bath (Sleeps 8) condo offers direct private beach access and fantastic oceanfront views from a private covered balcony. Amenities include: 2 oceanfront pools with lounge chairs, 2 elevators and 4 public outdoor showers.

Directly facing the ocean, guests will enjoy the unobstructed panoramic views of the beach from the 27-foot private covered balcony. Featuring an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining room and living room areas, this villa is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The dining table has 8 comfortable seats with an additional 4 seats at the adjacent bar off the kitchen. The oceanfront main bedroom features a king bed and a full en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a tub and separate shower. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed attached to a full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds attached to a full bathroom, which is also accessible from the hallway. This oceanfront getaway is the perfect place to put your feet up and enjoy the ocean breeze!!

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Announcements:
Building construction: Oceanside walls, windows and doors are being replaced between now and the end of June 2025. We have already blocked the dates when this particular unit and the units to either side will be directly worked on. Please keep in mind, up until the end of June, the HOA will be working on the other areas of the building, one column at a time working West to East. You can expect work to run from 7am to 6pm on weekdays, with half of the parking area closed for the workers, trucks and equipment. This limits parking and also means that one of the two beach accesses and pools will be closed at a time during the work. We will do our best to keep guests informed of any updates or delays from the HOA. If you make a reservation and a delay by the HOA's construction impacts your stay, we will do our best ahead of time to help assist in finding alternative accommodations or issue you a FULL refund on any funds paid to our company. Any funds paid to third party vendors, such as VRBO or Airbnb, are subject to being refunded at their discretion, but historically, if we cancel and refund, so do they. The HOA is currently on schedule and they do not anticipate any delays and are hopeful to even complete ahead of schedule, but we wanted to be prepared just in case.

Free parking is available with parking passes for 2 vehicles. Per HOA guidelines RV's, golf cart's and any other recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property.
The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather).
Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site.
2 elevators are available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

Beautiful views and great location
We truly enjoyed our stay. The views were beautiful; we could walk to all the places we wanted to. The only drawbacks we found were the closest elevator did not work; so long walk or stairs; the Keurig coffee maker did not work and we had to clean the drip coffee maker as it had coffee grains in it. Overall it was great!

Wonderful Stay at Charleston Oceanfront Villa!
We had a wonderful stay during our week at 220 Charleston Oceanfront Villa. The condo was very spacious and clean. The view of the ocean made the balcony a very popular spot. And the proximity to numerous restaurants made meals very easy. We did utilize the kitchen for breakfasts. It had everything you needed to make a complete meal. We'd love to stay at 220 again!

Amazing find!
We are a family of 5 (two teens and a Grams) who chose this as a last-minute birthday trip to the beach. We lucked out because this place is usually booked solid. The place was clean, had good beds, a great bathtub (that our teens and Grams enjoyed), amazing views from its huge balcony, and looked EXACTLY like the pics. The moment we walked in, we were impressed with the views. The elevator, while HOT and SLOW, was still convenient. It was a bit dirty, but that was understandable with all the wet, sandy feet going in and out. There were many grocery-sized carts, so getting our stuff upstairs in one trip was easy. The pools were on the smaller side but well-maintained. Beach access does require walking down two steps for those who are chair-bound. Also, we rented a beach wheelchair (no charge) from the local fire department (5 min drive). It was such a blessing! The location was perfect, with so many yummy places to eat within a few minutes walk. Get the wings at Rita’s if you want some huge beauties to eat, and fresh seafood is everywhere. The pier is a few blocks down and beautiful to walk. Shops are your typical little touristy stops with lots of beach-inspired trinkets. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Folly.

Accurately listed and clean. Would have given 5 stars overall, but a little pricey and the elevators were once again not working - on a Saturday when moving out, so a signficant line developed at the one working elevator.

Great property in a perfect location
Close to all the best restaurants and shops on Folly Beach. Condo is recently updated and comfortably decorated. Kitchen is well-stocked if you want to cook in, or walk to any of several good restaurants. Steps to the newly-renourished beach. Will visit again!

Lovely but a few things need addresssing
Out stay was spectacular except for a few things. The garbage disposal didn’t work the first 3 days (it was Christmas so not important until we started cooking… also to no fault of the owner…. They found a penny) The views are THE BESTon the island, friendly maintenance people, incredible location. The only major drawback was the LOUD refrigerator that apparently is a known problem as there are shims placed on the front right corner foot. That direction, when pushed, the noise goes away. The fix may be in adjusting the feet? I wouldn’t say a word except it was extremely loud and took away front the quiet moments trying to hear the surf. The place could use a deep clean as well. Otherwise, we would happily stay here again with a normal sounding refrigerator. Enjoyed our stay!

A group of 5 of us high school girlfriends went on a first-ever trip together. We loved being near Charleston, but not staying on the beach wasn't an option! We loved the options for bedrooms, and appreciated each one had their own bathroom. Appreciated the beach gear as well. It's a clean, well appointed condo in an awesome location!

Lovely beach week
This condo has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's spacious and has a large oceanfront porch where we hung out when not on the beach. The realty company was wonderfully quick to respond to the few questions that we had.

Perfect location in a fun small beach town!
The condo was in the perfect location. We loved walking to all of the food & fun that Folly Beach had to offer. Easy access to the beach made was great for spending long days & taking evening strolls on the beach. We enjoyed having Charleston close as well. We would definitely made this a vacation spot again!

Nice condo on Folly
Nice unit on Folly Beach. Only issue we had while staying was the fire alarm went off at 12:30am and didn't stop until 1:45am, but that was the building management's fault. Overall night stay!

Great ocean view
This property has a great ocean view from the 3rd story of the building with easy parking underneath. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shops in Folly Beach. Plenty of space in bedrooms with master overlooking the beach. Spacious living and dining area and open kitchen.

Nice Stay for New Years.
We enjoyed our stay for New Years Eve! We got plenty of rest and were able to sleep to the ocean waves. The bath tub was great. We walked to downtown for the Flip Flop Drop and watched fireworks from our balcony. Good place to stay. Getting in was confusing.
