Important update regarding the ongoing work at Charleston Oceanfront Villas. While the original project completion date was scheduled for April 2025, recent updates from the HOA and project managers indicate some delays that may extend the timeline.
As of February 2025, the following key updates apply:
Ongoing Construction: Work is continuing on various parts of the property, which may cause noise, temporary disruptions, or restricted access to certain areas.
Updated Completion Date: While the HOA and contractors are working diligently to complete the project as quickly as possible, they now anticipate that the construction may extend beyond early June 2025. We will provide further updates as the project progresses.
Safety and Accessibility: The HOA asks all rental guests to take care around construction zones. Signs and barriers will be in place to ensure safety, but please remain cautious when navigating these areas.
Pool Schedule: The west-end pool is scheduled to open on April 1, 2025, and the east-end pool is scheduled to open in July 2025.
Parking: Due to ongoing construction, parking is expected to be extremely limited. The HOA will be distributing a maximum of two parking passes per villa.

The spacious living room boasts comfortable seating for the entire group, with a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The open floor plan allows the living room to flow seamlessly into the kitchen and dining area, creating the perfect space for gathering. Large sliding doors lead to the oceanfront balcony, where you can enjoy the coastal breeze and stunning views. The condo is decorated with custom-built cabinetry, granite countertops, and stylish furnishings throughout.
Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinets, granite countertops, and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen also includes a wet bar, perfect for preparing beachside cocktails. The open design allows for easy interaction with guests while cooking.
Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with private access to the oceanfront balcony, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, and a spacious walk-in tiled shower.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with private en-suite bathroom, offering extra privacy for guests.
Bedroom #3: Two twin beds, shares a bathroom with hallway access. All bedrooms have direct access to a private or shared bathroom.
Bathrooms:
All three bathrooms have been beautifully updated with modern fixtures, including tiled showers, granite vanities, and fresh towels.

Parking and Vehicle Guidelines:
Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Additional parking requests can be made through building management based on availability.
