Important update regarding the ongoing work at Charleston Oceanfront Villas. While the original project completion date was scheduled for April 2025, recent updates from the HOA and project managers indicate some delays that may extend the timeline.
As of February 2025, the following key updates apply:
Ongoing Construction: Work is continuing on various parts of the property, which may cause noise, temporary disruptions, or restricted access to certain areas.
Updated Completion Date: While the HOA and contractors are working diligently to complete the project as quickly as possible, they now anticipate that the construction may extend beyond early June 2025. We will provide further updates as the project progresses.
Safety and Accessibility: The HOA asks all rental guests to take care around construction zones. Signs and barriers will be in place to ensure safety, but please remain cautious when navigating these areas.
Pool Schedule: The west-end pool is scheduled to open on April 1, 2025, and the east-end pool is scheduled to open in July 2025.
Parking: Due to ongoing construction, parking is expected to be extremely limited. The HOA will be distributing a maximum of two parking passes per villa.

Living Area:
The spacious living room offers ample seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide sweeping ocean views, and a sliding glass door leads to the fully furnished private balcony, where you can enjoy the sea breeze.
Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and elegant granite countertops, providing everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. The open-concept design ensures that the kitchen, dining area, and living room all share the stunning ocean views.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: King bed with a beautifully renovated en-suite bathroom and access to the private balcony.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed and shared access to a renovated bathroom with a fully tiled shower.
Bedroom #4: Two twin beds, located near the front of the condo, sharing the renovated bathroom with Bedroom #3.
Bathrooms:
Three modern bathrooms, including a fully renovated en-suite for the master bedroom and a shared bathroom with a fully tiled shower for Bedrooms #3 and #4. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Two Oceanfront Pools: Take a refreshing swim in one of the two oceanfront pools (open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting).
Private Covered Parking: Two complimentary parking spaces are provided. Additional parking may be available upon request.
Convenient Elevators: Two elevators on-site for easy access throughout the complex.

Parking and Vehicle Guidelines:
Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Additional parking requests can be made through building management based on availability.
