Casa Al Mare -This fantastic, spacious, private home is the perfect place to enjoy your family vacation! It is located on a quiet street only one short block to the beach and 4 blocks to Center Street, where you will find several restaurants, cafes, and shops. The home has outdoor space off of every room, on which you can enjoy the salty air and listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean or the tidal creek in the backyard. The main living area has an open floorplan complete with tasteful furnishings, a dramatic, picturesque, two-story, shiplap-clad fireplace, and a two-story porch for everyone to gather. The kitchen is very large and fully stocked with K-cups, coffee, tea, sugar, spices, olive oil, vinegar, condiments, and all utensils and cookware you'll need. Small appliances included: 4-slice toaster, blender, Crock-Pot, combination 10-cup coffee maker & K-cup coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric kettle, small food processor, and a hand mixer. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king-sized bed, ensuite bath, and access to a very large deck where you can lie in the sun, grill some steaks, or just relax on the large, crib-sized porch swing. Three additional bedrooms are on the second floor with two queens, two full beds, and 2 full baths, all with direct access to the outdoors! For our guests, we provide a large natural gas BBQ grill, plenty of outdoor seating, chaise lounge chairs, a porch swing, beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, beach umbrellas, rain umbrellas, raincoats, boogie boards, 1 surfboard, cornhole boards, sand toys, giant Connect-4 ​, and an outdoor shower to wash off a long day at the beach. Inside, you'll find a high-speed (400 Mbps) internet connection, many board games, and 5 Smart LED TVs loaded with popular apps and subscriptions to Infinity Stream, Prime Video, Paramount+, Peacock, Netflix, Apple TV, and HBOmax. We provide a Pack-N-Play, full-size crib, high chair, toddler bed rails, baby/pet gate, Britax stroller, umbrella stroller, and car seat for the little ones. The "Wave Watch Playground" is at the end of our street! For your furry friends, we provide a large, two-door crate, dog dishes, a spill mat, and a large, fenced-in backyard for them to run around in. The house is also equipped with smart locks for easy, keyless, access and check-in, Nest thermostats for your comfort, and a Ring alarm system for your security.
