Important update regarding the ongoing work at Charleston Oceanfront Villas. While the original project completion date was scheduled for April 2025, recent updates from the HOA and project managers indicate some delays that may extend the timeline.
As of February 2025, the following key updates apply:
Ongoing Construction: Work is continuing on various parts of the property, which may cause noise, temporary disruptions, or restricted access to certain areas.
Updated Completion Date: While the HOA and contractors are working diligently to complete the project as quickly as possible, they now anticipate that the construction may extend beyond early June 2025. We will provide further updates as the project progresses.
Safety and Accessibility: The HOA asks all rental guests to take care around construction zones. Signs and barriers will be in place to ensure safety, but please remain cautious when navigating these areas.
Pool Schedule: The west-end pool is scheduled to open on April 1, 2025, and the east-end pool is scheduled to open in July 2025.
Parking: Due to ongoing construction, parking is expected to be extremely limited. The HOA will be distributing a maximum of two parking passes per villa.

The expansive balcony is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the west end of Folly Beach.

The fully equipped kitchen separates the bedrooms and includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It features custom cabinetry and elegant countertops, ideal for preparing meals and snacks.
Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: This extra-large room boasts ocean views, direct balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and double sinks.
Second Oceanfront Bedroom: Enjoy ocean views, balcony access, and a renovated en-suite bathroom with double sinks.
Additional Bedrooms: Two additional bedrooms, located near the entrance, each with ample space and their own fully renovated bathrooms for privacy and convenience.
Bathrooms:
All four bathrooms are fully equipped with modern amenities, including walk-in showers and stylish vanities. Complimentary toiletries and fresh towels are provided for your comfort.

Parking and Vehicle Guidelines:
Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Additional parking requests can be made through building management based on availability.
