Important update regarding the ongoing work at Charleston Oceanfront Villas. While the original project completion date was scheduled for April 2025, recent updates from the HOA and project managers indicate some delays that may extend the timeline.
As of February 2025, the following key updates apply:
Ongoing Construction: Work is continuing on various parts of the property, which may cause noise, temporary disruptions, or restricted access to certain areas.
Updated Completion Date: While the HOA and contractors are working diligently to complete the project as quickly as possible, they now anticipate that the construction may extend beyond early June 2025. We will provide further updates as the project progresses.
Safety and Accessibility: The HOA asks all rental guests to take care around construction zones. Signs and barriers will be in place to ensure safety, but please remain cautious when navigating these areas.
Pool Schedule: The west-end pool is scheduled to open on April 1, 2025, and the east-end pool is scheduled to open in July 2025.
Parking: Due to ongoing construction, parking is expected to be extremely limited. The HOA will be distributing a maximum of two parking passes per villa.

Living Area:
The open living space features a beautifully tiled floor, a large sectional sofa that transforms into an extra bed, a flat-screen TV, and artistic coastal décor. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and lead to a spacious oceanfront balcony, perfect for soaking in the coastal breeze and ocean views.
Kitchen:
The fully renovated kitchen boasts modern cabinets, sleek countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is open to the dining area, which features a unique shell light fixture and seating for six. A high-top table with two bar chairs by the window is perfect for sipping coffee and enjoying the morning sun.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with a beautifully renovated walk-in shower, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom #2: California king bed with an updated private bathroom.
Bedroom #3: Two twin beds, shared access to a bathroom that also opens to the hallway.
Bathrooms:
All three bathrooms are modern and stylish, with updated fixtures and plenty of space. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Two Oceanfront Pools: Take a refreshing swim in one of the two oceanfront pools (open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting).

Parking and Vehicle Guidelines:
Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Additional parking requests can be made through building management based on availability.
