- Parking and accessibility: This home's paved driveway can accommodate 4-5 cars. Public spaces are available along the street. The house is accessible by stairs.
House Rules & Policies:
You must be 30 years old to rent this home. No exceptions.
Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (Folly Beach enforces a strict noise ordinance).
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not permitted in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most ten people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

We now use noise sensors in our properties to comply with Folly Beach's new strict noise ordinance. NoiseAware monitor decibel levels are 100% privacy compliant and do NOT listen or record. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly text reminder to lower the volume. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.
Misrepresenting occupancy or causing disturbances may result in the termination of your rental agreement, requiring you to leave immediately without a refund. Our goal is your comfort and the community's well-being, so please let us know if there's anything we can do to improve your stay.
