Wonderful old style motel. Very well maintained and clean. Rooms are small. But so clean it was awesome. Very inexpensive. Nestled in a cute town with many wonderful old homes. The bathroom is still the old tiles. But updated grout and very nice. Highly recommended.

Nice comfortable stay
We are in the area annually & were happy to find this motel last year. Came back & brought family with us this year. The hosts are very friendly & welcoming.The grounds are well kept, & clean. Nice & quiet for a good nights sleep!

kindest check-in woman ever!!
The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was spotless, clean carpet and no odor (No musty smell). The lady who checked us in was more than friendly and polite. She was a joy to have a conversation with. She even called me while we were on the phone to ask me what to do with my forgotten pillow and what I wanted her to do with it which I thought was very kind! It was a very hot day and when we turned the AC on it was very slow cooling the room off. It looked like an old unit. I wish that had worked better

Excellent customer service. My flight was delayed 2 hours from Buffalo airport and I arrived at the motel at 3am. I called in advance to let them know and they had my room ready and unlocked for me when I got there. Thank you.

The motel was very clean, the staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient to Chautauqua Institution. We were happy to find the mini fridge for our food. A great find!
