Rooms are old.... walls have patches everywhere. TV was old and the satellite reception kept going out. If you want ice you have to hope the desk clerk is there to unlock the bin that has bagged ice. Light bulb was out on the nightstand light.... the doors don't have a deadbolt or Secondary locking Device. The only plus is that it's right by the springs within walking distance.

The room was great. This Motel is really old but we have stayed here several times over the years. We had one little problem with the sink in the bathroom but they were able to fix that and apologized for the inconvenience. Very nice staff. This Motel is the closest place to stay near the hot springs. Very easy to walk back and forth.

This is nothing special. It’s clean, staff are friendly. The draw is that it’s across the street from the springs. There is limited parking and very difficult when large trucks park in the lot. This caused an issue once. On the last visit, we had a small car park in the corner next to us even though it was not a parking spot. Staff do not monitor parking.

We were the only ones there. They gave us the worst room possible. Two queen beds foot to foot. worst room ever. No soap or shampoo at all in the room. Seemed dirty and very out dated. Would never go back or recommend to anyone.

Close to everything - But gross

The staff at the office was OK. But the room was terrible. It is so old and run down. The chairs had no cushion and were so stained that I would never sit on them. The bed is old and hard. Room smelled of pee. Shower was awful. Just a very old, gross room.

Bugs, actually killed one in the bed when I pulled the comforter down, urine on the toilet seat, went to get coffee the next morning in the “lobby”, door was locked, had to walk down the street and buy it. I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels for a lot less money. For what they charge the rooms should be updated and a whole lot nicer.
