Property Did Not Match Listing – Amenities Missing Upon arrival, the assigned parking spot was already occupied, and we had to contact the host to find an alternative. The unit does not resemble the photos shown in the listing and appears old and poorly maintained, which indicates a clear misrepresentation of the property. Additionally, essential amenities advertised in the listing were not available. There was no hot water during our stay, and no coffee was provided despite being listed as an included amenity. These issues significantly impacted our stay. We contacted the host to report these problems. While they acknowledged the concerns and promised a complimentary two-night stay as compensation, this was never provided. Due to the inaccurate listing, missing amenities, and lack of resolution, this property did not meet Expedia’s quality standards, and I would not recommend it.

The apartment was easy to find and the directions to get in were very straightforward. I was able to walk straight to the unit and through the door without any complications. It was a peaceful and relaxing experience.

The location is excellent, right on the canal and very close to everything. We liked the amenities, we had everything needed for our stay. Staff (Jason) was very friendly and responsive, checking often if we needed anything to make our stay comfortable. We definitely would like to stay again at this property.

Contratamos un apartamento con 2 baños y el dia del check in nos informan y nos cambian a un apartamento mas pequeño con un solo baño y menor precio del que pagamos, excusandose que estaba en mantenimiento el que alquilamos, pero al verificar esto, estaba ocupado por otros inquilinos, por lo que nunca respetaron nuestra reserva hecha con antelación de mas de 2 meses, adicionalmente el parqueo asignado estaba utilizado por otro inquilino y nadie respetaba su lugar de estacionamiento, lo cual se les informo y nunca llego una solución concreta, al final nos estacionabamos en donde hubiera espacio, tambien baño, los closet, etc. tenian moho.

We have stayed at this property for 3 nights and wished we had more time. The location was fantastic …right on the river, walkable to Las Olas Blvd. What we loved most about the apartment were the large windows and incredible views of the river and boats passing by. The apartment was very spacious and our teenagers appreciated their own beds in their own room. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The pool at the property was great as well and we also took advantage of the laundry facilities at the complex itself. Communication with the host was excellent. Always got a reply within few minutes no matter what our question was. Very helpful, kind and pleasant to deal with. Would love to come back and would definitely recommend to others.

The unit needs to be renovated. The tub is very old, the tile is falling apart and the shower head and handles need to be replaced. The kitchen needs cooking pans. Only one pot was provided which was extremely used and the teflon was completely gone. Very hard to sleep with the building construction next door.
