We stayed here for a few nights before we had our cruise. The service was nice. Only a few downfalls, we decided to eat at the hotel one of the nights after being a tourist all day, the food was over priced a little considering, our balcony for our room was nice, but there was a foul smell outside everytime. I have a feeling it was the dumpster. Other than that, if we cruise again out of Fort Lauderdale, I'll most likely book this hotel again

The living area of the suite did not have AC. When I called the second time to ask for someone to check it the representative said he couldn’t believe no one told us upon check in that the AC in the living area of suite was broken. Very uncomfortable for those sleeping in the living area. Guest left trash and plates outside their doors or by the trash cans next to the elevators and it wasn’t picked up timely. One trash bag sat over 12 hours next to a trash can on our floor.

Location is close to cruise port and airport. Hotel is very dated. Courtyard area lighting is poor and dark. Embassy Suites is normally known for great breakfast spread but this location disappointed.

The staff was absolutely incredible. Attentive, friendly and prompt. The entire property was spotless, bright and nicely decorated. I have only one complaint and that was I couldn't get the water hot. Myself and two guests had to take lukewarm showers which really upset me. That was a real downer to an otherwise pleasant experience because the thing you want to do most after a a long day on a business trip is to get back to your hotel room, take a hot shower and relax. We couldn't do that. Nor could we start our day off with a hot shower.

Wow! Great location..Walk to everything. Not that you would want to with evening elixirs, restaurant and then breakfast (French toast, real egg omelets, and various fixins). Our trip ended in Fort Lauderdale...this was the perfect accommodation before our trip home. Excellent check in, valet parking, and room amenities.

I had such a great stay at Embassy Suites! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was relaxed and welcoming. The spacious rooms with the separate living area made it easy to spread out and actually enjoy being in the hotel, not just sleep there. The complimentary evening reception was a nice touch—being able to grab a drink and unwind without leaving the hotel was perfect after a long day. And breakfast? Loved it. Made-to-order omelets, fresh fruit, and plenty of options to start the day right. Staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Everything just felt easy and comfortable. If you’re looking for a place that’s laid-back but still has all the perks, I definitely recommend Embassy Suites.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was spacious and clean with enough room for our 5 person family. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Would highly recommend and return if I am ever back in Fort Lauderdale!

I really enjoy staying here and each time I come to Fort Lauderdal I try and stay here. The employees are always so welcoming and make sure that you have a great stay. The property is very nice and although I have yet to use the pool it seems nice and clean and I also really enjoyed feeding the KOI fish on the property. The breakfast is amazing and I appreciate the happy hour in the evenings although I wish it were just a tad bit longer.

We had a great stay at Embassy Suites, everyone was very friendly and service was very fast when we requested something to the room. They were able to checked us in early and we had no problem doing a late check out for a reasonable fee. Thank you!! We will definitely stay here again
