This hotel is wonderful for both kids and adults. There’s a gorgeous pool and a beautiful restaurant on property. We stayed here the night before we left on a cruise and super comfortable. Lastly, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

When sailing out of Ft. Lauderdale on a cruise this is our go-to hotel of many years' standing. We were pleased, once again, with our stay, and like the new interior schemes and decor. But also must acknowledge that the property is under renovation status. We trust that by the time of our next visit all will be completed and looking fine.

Had a great time with the family, the property is beautiful with the beach right scross the street. Room was very clean up on arrival. We showed up early and they got us in a room pretty quick. Would definitely come back here.

We liked how clean it was. The pool was great, however, was kind of creeped out by the really large Iguanas just wandering around, getting in your space and jumping in the pool with our kids. Otherwise, the rooms were large, clean and comfortable.

Close to the ship port. The hotel needs a Reno, rooms are outdated no phone chargers by bed or anywhere for that matter. Also sections outside pool area by the tables hadn’t been swept in weeks!

For a embassy suites it could have been alot cleaner place. They could use more staff to tidy up the place. Plates and dishes were placed outside our door for a long time before someone picked them up. The cleanliness was poor. For a cruise hotel i guess they dont care.

Good location, needs a little TLC

Our balcony door leaked so the floor was all wet. Hotel needs a little updating, but nice set up. Really great hot, included breakfast. We were only in town for 1 night to catch a cruise, so the location was great. Room didn't have a hair dryer and it took 45 minutes to get one.
