The room was clean. Housekeeper does a nice job. No one at the desk to check in at 3:00pm, but the housekeeper was nice enough to let us in our room. Thats about it. Only a window AC Unit, but cool air didnt pass through into the room. Set it to 62° but it wouldnt cool down to anything lower than 75° or so. Way too hot to get any sleep. Talked to the manager and he told me the room was fine and to go buy a fan. Beds were too firm for me, but the pillows were ok.

Stayed there for Boat show: well… you get what you pay for: mattress was very comfortable otherwise everything felt dirty, broken power outlets, toilet not flushing properly. it’s time to renovate.

no cups for tooth brushing, coffee cup, coffee. did not replace the bed cover, pillow cover. did not work drain bath sink. and deposit $ 40 dollors for key deposit, no one when I came out from hotel(?). they deposited to my credit card account $38. why differant amount? so bad place.

The only issue I had was the fact that I ask for wheelchair accessible room but I didn't get it . My husband is an amputee and the wheelchair couldn't fit through the bathroom door because it was too small.

Never again…
Will not stay here again. I barely made it to check in because the guy was about to close the office for the night (at 9:20pm). The room smelled, the kitchen was dirty, the shower head was leaking and spraying everywhere, they gave us 2 towels for 3 people and when I asked a housekeeper for more she got annoyed, there were no outlets near the beds for my husband’s CPAP machine, there were no parking spaces left when we got back late one night, the pool was dirty, and when I tried to check out at the end of my stay the office door was locked and the attendant didn’t show up until 10:15am - I needed to check out by 8.

As we walked in to check in we were told to wait 5 minutes cause he needed to finish a phone call with a old friend (not joking). Then after getting the room key we immediately asked for a refund due to mildew smell in the room which caused my wife to have a coughing attack. Also the handle on the sink in the bathroom was broken and could not turn on or off. Should have know from the weed smell while walking thru the property but was already booked thru expedia. DONT BE FOOLED BY PICTURES. HOTEL REFUSED TO REFUND THE ROOM EVEN AFTER WE DIDN'T STAY.

I didn't like the fact that i was there for 4 nights and didn't get a sheet change or clean towels....only to found out at the end that i should had requested those services . That place really need some mentainance assistance ASAP.... But it was nice i could order my stuff and front desk kept it safe until i return
