This is a great little neighborhood hotel, right off of Federal Highway, in prime Fort Lauderdale. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The shower was my absolute favorite part!

3A High school Football Game visit
The property is beautiful. The room was nice. Only draw back is the pull out couch is not made for sleeping and the linens for the pull out where not clean. You can definitely hear your neighbors (do everything).

After I booked and paid for the room, I received a notification from the hotel that I had to have a background check! It required extremely intrusive questions. While I have had many background checks in my life because I work with children, I have NEVER been background checked in order to check into a hotel. I have traveled in 49 US states and 34 foreign countries. Had I not already paid for this non-refundable room I would never have agreed to this. Once I submitted the too personal data I was told I would receive an email from the property with codes to enter the property and my room. It did not come. I called the "emergency number" and was assured it would come. It doesn't d not. I called again. When it did come, it had access codes but no room number. I had to call again. Getting into the room was the next difficulty. The code did not work. The light outside the room was on a timer and kept shutting off, leaving me in the dark. I had to call the emergency number again. I was given a new access code. It worked. Do NOT book this hotel. It was pure aggrevation for a very basic place to stay.

Absolute garbage. Super dirty. Shower doesn't even have a proper enclosure and water gets everywhere. Walls are paper thin and can hear EVERYTHING from the people next door. Worst "hotel" experience I've ever had.

Cute condo
This was a cute, modern, well done remodeled condo. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing was the sofa bed was suppose to be for 2 and was tiny and very very uncomfortable. I would Not recommend anyone sleep on it. Also, no extra towels or shower mat. I would still very much recommend it, cute place, just be aware of these things.

Lovely inside. Noise level with neighbors was loud. Called police on loud music in alley on side of building with parking lot. Went out at 3:30 am to talk to teenage kids and they turned the music even higher. Then callled police. No Sleep! Not a good experience. ☹️

Property was not what we expected from what we saw on Expedia. It is not a hotel. There is no staff on the premises. We did not know about the entry codes until after we got there. We had to google to get a phone number to find out about entry codes. It is located in a dark side road with no one around. My partner didn’t want to even get out of the car. I cant trust Expedia anymore.
