Always the best run properties with impeccable service, starting with a small team of bellmen grabbing your things from the limo. The executive suite was impeccable. There is a phone charger everywhere you want one. The fridge with your own icemaker was also a great touch. If you need anything, they pickup the phone on the first or second ring. No reason to stay anywhere else.

They cannot consider themselves a 5 star hotel: they have room service times that are totally unnaceptable. 7am start weekdays and 8am on weekend. A complete joke for those of us that have early meetings .

Nikki at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Everyone at the hotel is always overly kind and easy to talk to. My cleaning staff, maids, etc were the sweetest ever as well. Everyone from the doorman to the front desk were professional and lovely.

Great 2 nights. Everyone at this hotel was super friendly. Room was amazing. The only thing i would say is that the sleeper sofa could be more comfortable. But otherwise very nice room.
