I love how QUIET it was in the room. I cannot underscore enough how big of a deal the quiet is. The lobby is beautiful. The only negative is the restaurant on site (Genesee I think? ) had 1 girl working Saturday night, she spent all her time at the bar and virtually ignored me for 20 mins didn't even greet me & then was rude & dismissive "I'm busy." I was 1 person & it was NOT at all crowded...Finally had to flag another lady working & she apologized for the service & even brought me a snack but for 1 person who just wanted 1 entrée & no drinks, i was there over 2 hours. Again, was not that busy. Otherwise great experience dinnerwas delicious when it finally came. Hotel was clean, quiet, front-end staffing were all top notch 👌

This was a loud hotel. There was some kid hockey thing so tons of kids running around, slamming doors, being loud, messing with the elevators. Little seemed to be done to reduce the noise. Fun having to listen to until almost midnight. Staff was nice, things were relatively clean all hallways i saw needed a good vacuuming.

La habitación es muy oscura y peor porque una de las lamparas no funcionaba. Artículos de baño insuficientes y de mala calidad para cuatro noches y dos personas. Nunca fueron a hacer la limpieza y no se nos advirtió de esa modalidad. Nunca tiraron la basura. Pocas toallas para 4 noches.

Stayed for NYE. Hotel seemed understaffed, checking in had a line of 10-12 people. NYE celebration was right outside the hotel and the hotel did nothing to stop random people from Entering hotel, wandering and using public restrooms. Most good hotels have someone at the door and check keys to let people in. Sad to have paid over $300 to feel unsecure.

Common area, lobby and restaurants were nice but the rooms were outdated and grungy. Furniture was very old and worn. Beds were old and lumpy. Not expected for a Hyatt Regency. I do not recommend staying.
