We requested a King Bed but were given a queen. The front desk insisted that it was a King, but it wasn't. We also requested a crib for our baby and it was never brought to the room. The hot water in our room didn't come on.

Great location...your website should advertise that there is a tram station close by to get around. Staff were awesome at all times! :) The only thing that would have made our stay better was if the pool were warmer. Otherwise, would definitely stay here again!

This is an old hotel, with some updates. Not the quality that you would associate with a Hyatt. Carpets old, need cleaning, no vent fan in the bathrooms. Old tubs and toilets.

They charged $200 extra for "deposit" which was surprising. Property was ran down,it could have been better taken care of. Wall was thin and people talking on the phone outside of door woke me up and I could not go back to sleep. Breakfast was NOT "made to order", it was not different from what you get at cheap motel and it was overpriced. Bed sank and too soft and I got sore back. After cleaning saw hairs on the floor and on a towel. Could have been better.

Time for an update
Staff were friendly and the property is in a good location downtown. Our room only had one towel and the in-room phone was broken. We called the hotel from a mobile phone and our request for an additional towel was never fulfilled. The room we were in was spacious but in desperate need of an update. For example, the carpet was ripped near the nightstand and the shower head was as rusty as an old farm tractor.

This property is quite nice. The pool was lovely a little cool. The staff are friendly. There was an issue with the valet you pay 30.00 dollars but when we called for our car it took them over an hour to get it. It was busy so at first i had no issue but then when other people were getting theirs and only waiting 15 minutes and we had asked about our car twice one time the man said the keys are not their so someone must be getting it and the other time it will be a fee minutes then i have a problem. I had been tipping really good so it was not the fact i had not tipped in the past.

The property is much older but you can see that their advertising the upcoming new look. The staff were all very nice and polite.

This hotel is in a great location downtown, walkable to many bars and restaurants. The Starbucks inside is also a plus. My most recent stay though, the rooms are showing wear. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower and the soap dish had multiple chips broken off. Not sure I'd book here again.
