This hotel has excellent customer service from the bar staff, check in personnel to the valet service. I highly recommend the stay at Aquarius; rooms clean, casino great fun! Just good times overall!

Cigarette smoke, especially the stale, rank smell you can get in casinos makes me pretty sick. Air fresheners too. So all of the local lodging had reviews about bad smoke smell. I took a chance on Aquarius and was SO pleased. We were on the 16th floor in a two queen room and there were no bad smells at all. The casino seemed well ventilated too. The bed and bedding were very comfy. Staff was great! That's all we know because it was a quick stay for a good sleep. Oh, I have to say it was quiet too. The rooms must be pretty well soundproofed because a couple in the next room we're yelling at each other and I couldn't make out what they were saying! The only bummer of the stay. 😅

Our room was on the third floor and right outside our window was the view of the roof with all of the air conditioners. All night long I could hear the whine of one of the conditioners. This made it difficult to sleep. We have stayed at the Aquarius many times and it has been great. But this time was not pleasant.

The room was fine with a nice view of the river. However, the TV and coffee maker did not work and staff had to come. The line for parking and checkin was very long when we arrived. The pool and Jacuzzi are a long way from the rooms and close at 6:45pm even though the web site shows 11pm. The riverwalk is very nice but is closed for construction near the Colorado Belle. I would not stay again.

Our situation was unique we had great Bellhop service Check in process was not Good. Just so you know, the Third party Expedia, had changed my checkin dates we were charged extra to add a date. This has happened before. Won’t be using Expedia again.
