One block to the grocery store very close to local Restaurants, and places to eat but with the full kitchen you don't have to eat out every meal. Marina, ship store, restaurants, beach, park and Estero Bay all close by. Your renting the whole first floor it’s Three bedrooms with 5 beds sleeps 6 and sleeps 7 with additional folding bed. it has 2 baths, and a large living room, dining area and sitting area, The kitchen is well-stocked with new cookware and a large laundry area with full size washer and dryer. We now have an electric vehicle charger. There is also an enclosed screened pool enclosure that overlooks the canal and beautiful landscaping. Don't forget the gas grill, 2 new 55" TVs with cable, very fast internet, and all new dinnerware and hypoallergenic bedding. Newly painted and decorated. This location is quiet but central to all of the Fort Myers Beach action. The driveway has room for 3 cars. Store your beach gear and bikes in the enclosed garage. 3 bicycles are provided for your use and one new beach wagon for hauling cooler and chairs to beach. We have 3 kayaks available to rent. Dogs are welcome on the beach on leash. Dogs are welcome in our home and in the pool with payment of Dog fee. (We're so sorry we can't accommodate cats due to allergies.) one of us David or Katie is usually staying upstairs From November through June we have our own private entrance and only use the pool area when your at the beach or out for dinner. Or we have friends staying, So we can correct any problems that will arise usually fast. And if we’re not around our maintenance man can be there soon. But with everything being new or replaced not much goes wrong anymore. While you are staying with us you are very welcome to have friends or family visit or stay with you. Or come and use the beach or the pool with you. for your safety there are outside security cameras. only for security no recordings are kept or shared. Noise monitoring system is on premises. The property passes a comprehensive safety check continuously
