The deck to this unit will not be accessible Between March 4-March 27, 2025. For this reason, the rates have been discounted and the available rooms reduced to two as patio furniture is being stored in one of the bedrooms. From January 1 - March 24, 2025 only 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms will be available, and occupancy will be limited to 8 guests.

Rocky start ended well
The island had recently sustained a water main break and many businesses and local properties were experiencing issues with sand in their water lines. Jennifer was responsive and proactive in resolving problems associated with this event and helped ensure our stay as smooth as possible. She has a beautiful place, and although the water issue caused some inconvenience at the start of our stay, we had a very enjoyable time while here.

The Condo was beautifully decorated, master bedroom and bathroom was very spacious, with a balcony view. Other bedrooms were nice , with their own bathroom’s. Very clean and smelled clean. We were supposed to check in at 4:00, but the cleaning service was not finished so we had to wait an hour before we could get in the condo. The owner Jennifer was easy to work with through the whole process

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! It has great ocean views, great beach access & service, fantastic pools for the kids to use on double red flag days, and everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We did have some water issues during our stay (the whole island it seems due to bridge construction), but the owner addressed them immediately! Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us!

Summer Place Great Family Memory
My family and I had a wonderful week! Summer Place has such a great setting. It has like a backyard feel with great access to the beach and surrounding businesses and restaurants. It is like your backyard is steps to the beach. Pools, hot tub, workout room, grills, and good parking conveniences. Check in and check in process was done well with the host Jennifer responding so quickly to any time we reached out to her. The room was very clean and the 203 unit is a beautiful one with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with an amazing master bedroom and bathroom. It is well decorated. We have very special memories this week and would go back again in a second!

This condo was even more beautiful in person. Everything was just perfect, including the location and amazing views. The condo was equipped with anything you could need and getting to the 2nd floor was easy via elevator or stairs.

The kitchen is well stocked and unit was a good layout. The beach is a short walk down the boardwalk and it wasn’t overly crowded. One pool was closed the whole weekend but the other one was open.

If you are looking for a 5 star, beachfront condo with elevated furnishings and a responsive host, look no further. This place is it!! I've been vacationing through VRBO for 20+ years and this place is top notch. The perfect location to restaurants, HarborWalk Village and the Okaloosa Island Pier. You can drive 5 minutes to a Publix, 6 minutes to HarborWalk, or just walk across the street or to the pier for dining.. The white sandy beach and the heated pool is calling your name. Beautiful condo that is tastefully decorated. This condo gives you a comfortable homey feeling! There were 8 of us ranging in age from 4 to 79 staying there, and we had plenty of room. The condo location made it very easy to get to the beach or pool. Views from the living room and balcony are breathtaking! When emailing Jennifer she always responded promptly and was very gracious. My son had to contact Jennifer about an hour after we had checked out of the unit as he left something and needed to get it. He said she was very nice and had him back on the road very quickly. Would and will stay here again! Thank you Jennifer for helping our family make so many wonderful memories! Stephanie B
