This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches and the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features in vacation rental include a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop stove, and oven. You will also have all of the cooking utensils needed to cook and prepare meals. In the family oriented dining area there is a dining table that will seat 6 and if that isn't enough there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar.

Family getaway
The condo was very dirty . There was food smeared on the outside of the fridge . Dishwasher leaked water all over the floor . The master bath tub wouldn’t drain . When taking shower you stood in water to your ankles. The person who should have cleaned the tub should have taken care of the drain before we arrived. This is our second visit to Fort Walton beach this summer and we have came every summer for over 30 years and have never had a condo experience like we did this time . My son in law was sick the second day after arriving from all the dust in the condo. I sure hope this issue is addressed.

Labor Day 2022
The property is nice but older. We were disappointed with the hall bathroom. There was no mirror and a hole in the ceiling. The freezer was also an issue. Someone did ask if we wanted maintenance to come but by then we were leaving the next day. The bathroom mirror missing was not good. Also, it rained pretty hard and the balcony kept water on it. This could be dangerous especially with young children.

Nice place!
Overall nice place. The only issues we had during our trip was some of the wall outlets didn't work. And the coffee maker stopped working one day. Just small issues. Overall really nice.

Overall it was a wonderful experience! The only thing that really needs to be worked on are the floors. Our feet were black as night, it made us feel dirty like we walked down Bourbon Street. A good steam cleaning by a professional would make that place feel nice and clean.

Great location but condo a little disappointing
Renting was easy. Had trouble entering condo but called and instantly fixed. Loved it being right on beach and balcony viewed everything. Cleanliness of condo was not great. Found plates of cooked food on top frig, floor felt sandy like someone had not swept, sliding doors in bedroom hard to open and close. No locks and couldn't really close blinds(missing pieces in both rooms). Bunk bed room just big enough to walk in and get into bed, 1st room had curtain rod taped to wall and no way to block light outside of it. TV couldn't get any channels to come on. I have stayed past 4yrs in Destin area at 4th of July and have truly enjoyed each place. Wanted to try different place this time a little disappointed especially for the cost. Needs updating and if not maybe lower the price.

needs some love
this condo needs some love- there are multiple water spots on the ceiling, marks on the walls. could use a fresh coat of paint in all rooms. Leftover trash in the bathroom. Oven needs a good cleaning. Office staff were not helpful, gave yes and no answers- not willing to extend themselves. When Arriving on the property- condo was 2513. There were no instructions on the letter 2 meaning the building. No communication on the codes for the pool/beach area. Received the wrong wifi info, requiring the maintenance guys to come and figure it out.-they were great! All of these things can be fixed with better communication. After all the little things got fix, it was a good week.

Very disappointed!! Renters beware!
This unit was supposed to be able to accommodate sleep for 8 people. We had 8 people and 2 people had to sleep on the sofa bed. The bed mattress was in horrible condition with no padding whatsoever with all the springs pressing on your body!! So we end up having to sleep 4 people on 1 bed (meaning no quality sleep during our vacation)! Also, the unit smelled, had dirty floors that were sticky and bathtub even had a dirty hand towel from previous occupants hanging on the showerhead! We were very disappointed! This is not what we expected for the price we paid. Lastly, we did ask managment to do something about the sofa bed (give us extra padding/blankets to cover the springs) and they told us they would look into it and call us back, but never did. These inconveniences and horrible conditions significantly diminished our quality of sleep and vacation, and we recommend renters to be aware and make sure they fix these issues before renting this unit.
