Very clean and tidy, close to all eateries, beach, Casino, etc. Parking for hotel guests is $25 per day on top of room rates or $55 for valet, so factor that in price.

Very noisy throughout the night, a lot of street noise from people and also from some form of maintenance truck from 1.30 am to 3 am.

Attended a conference here and arrived early to enjoy the Gold Coast. The hotel is 1km walk to Pacific Fair shopping centre. There is a free shuttle that passes by 3 times a day for Pac Fair. The hotel itself is next to Oasis Shopping Centre. There is a Woolworths supermarket in the Oasis SC plus a lot of dining options within an easy walk from the hotel. I made use of the breakfast buffet which was fabulous and my room was extra spacious with ocean views. The beach is just a short walk away. The staff have been very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great location but a very busy hotel with convention meetings and other functions. Rooms are a good size but if you are situated on the road side, a bit noisy from the traffic. The pool is lovely and large, our room was cleaned every day and the bed was freshly made. Great hotel

Fabulous Hotel
Can't say enough good things about this fabulous Hotel. It's light, bright, modern, luxurious. Staff, friendly. The Hotel is located in the heart of Broadbeach, with Restaurants, Shops & beach within walking distance. Our King Room, with Ocean views, located on the 19th floor was immaculate and spacious. The bed, super comfortable. On-site parking $25/day can be prepaid. Will definitely be back for a longer stay, next time
