Beautiful Oasis

We had the most relaxing and enjoyable week staying in this beautiful condo. We will definitely book here again! The beach, the pool, the lazy river, the restaurants, Goofy Golf, we enjoyed it all!

Great Place and Price!

Stayed here with a group of friends for a beach volleyball tournament. Nice cozy place. The beach chairs were great to have for the week. Will likely look to stay here again next year!

Relaxing Getaway

This unit is nicely placed in Okaloosa to view but the Gulf and the harbor. The sunset looking from the penthouse view where you can watch the sun go down behind the prier! Just breath taking. The lazy river and pool area is very welcoming and fun! The unit was very updated and relaxing if you want to just stay inside or have poor weather. I would highly recommend using this unit if looking for a wonderful getaway for yourself or for the family.

Anniversary getaway

We had a wonderful time. The condo was loaded with everything we could have needed. We will be using the same condo again next time we go to Florida. Location is ideal. We loved the lazy river during the day and i loved the rooftop for my early morning coffee.

Great vacation and stay at a beautiful condo

We really enjoyed our time in Ft. Walton/Destin, FL. The condo was beautiful and very clean when we checked in. It had all the amenities and lots of room for us. Our kids loved the pool and hot tubs. The convenience of being close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store was great too. We would definitely consider this condo again for any future trip to this area.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The views were amazing from the balconies and the pools were nice. Communication with the property owner was easy and quick to respond. I would recommend this to friends! There is a bit of a walk to the beach but it really wasn’t to bad.

Great property

This location on the bay side of the resort was amazing and provided beautiful views of the pool and bay and our rooftop deck also made it possible to view the ocean and sunsets. It was a short walk to the boardwalk restaurants and shopping and a short drive into Destin.

The balcony door didn't lock and there was just a board there that you had to block the balcony door with. The upper deck of the penthouse was rusty and not clean and the light didn't work. Other people had been on our balcony one night and left trash there.

Great views, Fun times

We stayed at the condo for 2 weeks. The views were great. Florida is a bit colder than I expected in early April (60s and low 70s) and it rained about half the time we were there (nothing related to the property). The cleanliness was okay. You can tell that there is little dusting done on wall fixtures or cleaning under the bed, but the rest of the condo was clean enough. I'll list the pros and cons of my stay: Pros: - condo was big enough to sleep 8 people - the pools were heated (sometimes) - condo has access to the beach - grill on the roof was good to have - Beach toys, umbrella and cart included - pools were nice - restaurant and stores walking distance - condo is well stocked with appliances and kitchen items - maintenance team was great - easy check in/check out process Cons: - condo walls are paper-thin (you'll hear a pin drop in every room when the sound is produced in the kitchen or living room). - volleyball tournament drew unruly crowd of idiots that completely packed hot tubs and were extremely loud all day and night - local property management literally told me that they could not control volleyball tournament renters - walking to the beach requires the use of 2 elevators through 3 buildings and a decent walk. - loud planes due to military base being nearby - insanely loud lazy river pump just overpowered the night time and reduced enjoyability of balcony Overall, a decent experience. Renter's team was very responsive and I feel like they did their jobs well.

Fun Get Away

We are Floridans, we decided to take advantage of a StayCation. We booked a week prior to our stay and we couldn’t be happier. The beach area was nice and was a quick drive to Seaside and Seagrove. Only negative was cleanliness of the lazy river just appear hazy. However that may be due to the beach goers jumping in..But that was a minor inconvenience as we were there for the beaches. David was responsive and helpful. Thank you we had a great time...Ramon

Fantastic location

We loved our stay at pelican PH-03. The location was perfectly situated between the ocean and the bay. The traffic is not nearly as congested as downtown Destin. We enjoyed the fireworks from the top balcony. The lazy river was a huge bonus for our little ones as well as the variety of pools in the complex. The only drawback was the small amount of beach space the resort offers. There was just a small stretch of beach for us to share with another resort and that little amount was packed with people. Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay again. The owner was very responsive to any questions that we had.
