Arrived in room - no remote for TV. Back to front desk - got new remote. New remote doesn't work. Called front desk. Maintenance sent to room. First guy couldn't get the TV to work. Another maintenance guy sent to room. He took the TV off the wall, did a bunch of stuff and finally got it to work. Hot water so hot it could burn skin off. Never could get it to mix with cold and just go warm. Last 4 times at this property things were great. Hoping this was just a hiccup.

I’ve stayed at other best western hotels but thus far this was a complete disaster, we were changed 3 times to 3 different rooms, 1st had dirty towels and floor had garbage everywhere, we were transferred to a 2nd room and the toilet wouldn’t flush and would overflow which was DISGUSTING, we were moved to a third room and this was after been driving for 11 hours, the 3rd room was as bad as the first one, dirty and fridge completely destroyed and rusted, we will not stay here ever again!!!!

It was nice, the food was great and the ladies cooking at the omelet were awesome. The room was clean for the most part, the bedding in the closet for the pull out couch was rolled up in the bag and dirty so we called and asked for new bedding, it never arrived. We ended up getting two blankets as gifts so we were able to use those. Pillows were hard as a rock and lumpy, the mattress was comfortable though. The restaurant on the outside of the hotel was good for dinner!

While it’s showing its age and could use some upgrades, it was a good stay. Good pricing for room. The bed too hard for me & pillows too full. We stay here several times a year driving from TN to Miami for family.
