We stayed during the weekend for the Fortnite global championship game. Our expectations were definitely met. Front desk staffers were great especially Gael. The valet parking was convenient and worth the money. The room was in good condition. Smelled good with complimentary dry bar shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed was super comfortable better than anticipated. Which is an important factor in hotel stays in my opinion. I enjoyed the room service options. Although we didn’t try it we chose outdoor dining all 3 nights. Which was an excellent variety of options for cuisines in DT Fort Worth near Sundance square areas. Overall great experience at the Aloft Hotel definitely worth staying. The kids were over the moon when we found out and meet officials for the FNCS and a star gamer stayed at our hotel!!

The hotel was nice and unique because of the floor layout. At first check in, the staff was great. They help us with our room. The first room had a bad odor smell, so they moved us into another room. Noticed the rooms don’t have microwave. I guess they don’t want you to warm up your leftovers. You still hear the street noise from the 12th floor. Plus our neighbors. The next morning we had breakfast at their restaurant. The staff there appears to don’t care. They didn’t greet us or ask us if we needed help. I had to do all the talking. Then when we got back that afternoon, I asked if we can have a menu for the room to order room service. They said they don’t provided menus for the rooms. So we didn’t order from their kitchen. We went out to eat! Their valet staff they use was great! I have to think twice before staying there again!
