They waited until I went checked in to let me know that they downgraded my room. Very disappointed!! The girl at the front desk was extremely rude and not willing to help or explain the situation. Just you got downgraded.

Not clean.
Started with no accessible handicap parking. They then wanted $50 a day for their valet parking. They need to spend more time on cleaning rooms. There were long hairs left in the shower. The carpet is throughout is terrible and makes you want to wear shoes no matter what. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I really enjoyed my time here. It was perfect. I loved that they had a bar right there with TV. everyone who works in ballet is amazing. Everyone who works at the front desk is amazing. I didn’t have a single problem here. I felt safe and it’s a great location.

Yosh at the front desk is awesome! The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good. The valet crew were great! We enjoyed our stay and hanging out in the lobby and bar areas. It felt very safe and is perfect for attending events at the convention center.

Worst night away with my husband ever!
The room never cooled off, it was so hot and humid in the hotel, there was no soap in the shower and the pictures on line made the room look way bigger.
